  Had the opportunity to take a group of kids to launch the first ever All Star Cheer to the kids in Cuba. The experience was memorable to say the least. Dennis organized everything from the all inclusive, bus trips to the schools on 3 different days where our kids all worked together with the Cuban kids that was amazing. Our kids and parents took many hockey bags full of donations including cheer mats, air track tumbling mats, uniforms and the list goes on. One of the biggest highlights was the Cuban kids visiting our resort on the last day where our kids made life long friends swimming , playing all day and it was topped off with a final night banquet/ celebration for all the kids and parents.
  Overall I week we all will never forget. Huge thank you to Dennis and his team for a well organized event our kids will never forget.
  Would do it again in a heartbeat.

  We had the opportunity of experiencing a trip with the Canada Goodwill Tour to The Dominican Republic in 2019 with our children and their soccer team. The tour was well-organized with a planned itinerary from start to finish. The organizing team was responsive and professional, making sure every detail was handled smoothly and ensuring that all of us felt comfortable and safe throughout our stay in The Dominican. We traveled by tour buses to and from the airport and to the various communities that we visited. Security guards accompanied our team on each excursion to ensure our safety.
  One of the highlights of this experience was the cultural immersion. We had the opportunity to connect with local communities, learn about local history, and engage in activities that truly deepened our understanding and appreciation of the country. It wasn’t just a tourist experience—it was an enriching, educational, and meaningful journey that made us feel like we were genuinely giving back.
  We also appreciated the group leaders' knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability to make everyone feel welcome. They went above and beyond to make sure that each participant had a memorable experience. Any issues that popped up at the resort were taken care of immediately. We are thankful to have had the opportunity to experience this trip with our children and their teammates.

  The first thing is : 10 years 2014 to 2024 the Caribbean GoodWill Tour is helping the development of children's sports in Caribbean countries such as Cuba and the Dominican Republic..! I am a witness because since 2015 I have participated in multiple events in Cuba in the province of Holguín. The director and owner is very serious with the development of each event from the purchase of flights, hotel, excursions such as transportation to the events Delivery of donations Everything very well organized from the beginning to the end, being part with the director of helping with our donations to people who need it from children's hospitals, schools and helping children to practice sports especially baseball and soccer in these countries is a very humanitarian action to contribute to making the world better..
  I have lived in the same community as he has lived for 10 years. I have witnessed first hand his love of the children of the world. Together...we have made history together.

  ****** started off ok answering questions and responding to emails, answering all questions.
  Now after a couple of months all of my 14 guest going on a trip to Cuba and trying to get questions answered, and no such luck.
  If I have of known not back in September there is no way whatsoever I would book with him. He is doing this Cuba goodwill tour, he wants everyone to help raise 10,000 lbs of various supplies but does not want anything to do with me after he receive his deposit.
  He answers no questions or emails and his phone messages are full and you cannot even leave a message.
  Very disappointed with this service that is not available.
  Last time
  I hope the trip is better, if there is one.

  Our team answered over 200 emails each day. Sunwing Vacations created alot of issues for our clients. We will no longer be associating with Sunwing Vacations.

  This manager/owner is highly unorganized and unprofessional. Everything you ask him about will happen “tomorrow”. But it never does. It took forever to get rates and when we did finally book, as a group, they changed part of the groups airline and departure date and didn’t bother to tell them until one person noticed a different airline had charged her credit card. This change also came with a price increase. After I paid the deposit for our trip which was non-refundable, we had to cancel due to health reasons. I asked the owner/manager if a refund was possible. He said he would check so he supposedly emailed the airline. I checked a few days later and still waiting. I asked who I could contact at the airline to look into my refund because he’s always “so busy.” He told me he would handle it. Next day, still no response from ***** *********. By this point, I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and actioning issues. I called him out on it and he finally responded by telling me he would refund my money from his own account the next morning. The next morning, nothing. The afternoon, nothing. After several messages his response was “it’s on my list for today”. Eight o’clock comes, still nothing. After several more frustrated messages, he sent me $150 of my $500 deposit. I quickly sent him back a message asking for the other $350 but he blocked me on ******** so I no longer had access to him or the ******** group. I tried to call several times, nothing. I emailed him and let him know that all I was expecting was the rest of my money and he could be done with me. He did finally send me the rest of the money when I told him that word of mouth is a powerful thing. His complete and utter disrespect for his clientele is unacceptable . I would encourage anyone to look for other tour providers

  We have a team that worked on solving many issues that we had with Sunwing Vacations. Sunwing Vacations were very slow in their response time for many of the clients issues. As the middle person between the client and the supplier, makes it very difficult to create solutions.
