      I'd say buyer beware but really I mean Renter beware. Check the fine print before you sign the Customer Order. This company only puts 50% of your payment toward the buyout of the system if you're renting. Despite asking if there was a difference in price if we rented or purchased, to which we were told there wasn't. Back alley sales tactic. There isn't a difference in the price but there is a huge difference in the overall COST. Instead of being upfront and telling us this when we questioned additional fees etc, the tech directly mislead us. Well, learn from our mistake. Unless you plan on spending 50% more to buy it out, (oh and if you don't do it in 2 years, you forfeit the right to buy it out) just purchase the units or better yet.. Go elsewhere. I know I will be next time I need a water system.
