We love our new bathroom!
From quote to finish, everyone at UBR was wonderful to work with. During the initial site visit, ****** explained the renovation process, listened to our wants and concerns, and made suggestions while explaining what would and wouldn't work and why. We received our estimate within a couple days then met with Allie in their showroom to choose fixtures and finishes that would fit with the original finishes in our 1960s bungalow. ***** did a fantastic job on the renovation! **** did a great job with the electrical. Throughout the renovation communication was excellent. We always knew when to expect ***** or **** onsite and everyday ***** explained the work that had been done that day. They did their best to keep mess and disruption to a minimum. We discovered one minor issue after the work was finished and **** was available to quickly fix it. Could not be happier about our experience with Ultimate! Gerald and Allison were both very professional and pleasant to deal with getting our project planned out.
Rick and Bhupinder, the installers, were as well. They went above and beyond to do a beautiful job, and left our home even cleaner than it was before!

Ultimate did our tub-to-shower reno recently and both the process and the end result were fantastic. We were helped by Allie and Gerald in the showroom to select our tiles and fixtures on Feb 21, promptly given a very competitive price (substantially less than our first quote with another firm). The craftsmen showed up just a week later (and on time) and got to work. Shawn worked steadily and showed great attention to detail, carefully installing runners from the front door through the house and all the way to the work area. Rick finished off the project with the installation of the doors and caulking and the end result exceeded our expectations. I'd recommend Ultimate to anyone.Ultimate Bathroom Renovations

I first used them several years back to replace the shower unit in my master bed room. Totally excellent job! When I wanted to rebuild my main floor tub to include a shower, I checked on line at various places and decided, naturally to call Gerald Kelly. He remembered my prior job and was very professional listening to my requirements and his suggestions exceeded my expectations.
I was delighted when I recognized the installer, Rick Giles, who also remembered my century house. His efficient, caring and professional manner, again FAR exceeded my (high) expectations. He repaired several critical issues created by the previous owners' 2007 renovations. Bravo, Rick!

The team at Ultimate Bathroom did an amazing job on a bathroom renovation in our 70 year old house. The entire team are helpful and friendly and keep you involved in the process every step of the way, a special thank you to Shawn for his dedication to finishing before the holidays! Shawn is one of the most detailed contractors I have ever had in my house and he truly treats the project as if he was working on his own house, his tile work is exceptional and I am trilled with my new walk-in shower and newly tiled floor. We ran into surprises of course with an older house, but the team helped us navigate and kept the project moving forward. Had a project completed today, and am overly thrilled with the results.
From the initial quote from Gerald, who showed up on time and kindly discussed many different options to fit my budget, to Sean completing the renovations- this company delivers excellent customer service.
Sean’s communication and workmanship is excellent, I knew what was happening each day and my house was left clean each & every day when work was completed, as well as when the project itself was completed.
My bathroom looks fantastic, I couldn’t be happier and I would not hesitate to recommend them!Ultimate Bathroom Renovations

I am delighted with my bathroom renovation. Shawn was very thorough, tidy and cleaned up very well when the job was finished. He also made a few suggestions for alternate ideas which were very helpful. Everything now looks clean, modern and a completely as I wanted. We recently had our bathroom renovated by Ultimate Bathroom Renovations. It was a pleasure to work with Gerald and his team...they were friendly, very experienced and knowledgeable with many products, always listened to any product or work concerns we had and made sure that customer satisfaction was first and most importantly, they made sure our budget was met. As you can see from the renovation pictures, the workmanship and detail put into creating our new beautiful bathroom was completed by their professional bathroom renovater, Shawn. He is friendly, funny, very knowledgeable in his profession, punctual and comfortable to work with. Overall, we are so very happy with the bathroom renovations

My wife and I had two bathrooms renovated, the staff were very attentive to our needs and offered great selections that enhanced our bathrooms looks. Shawn completed all installation on his own, he was very particular and ensured all work was completed with the utmost efficiency. Shawn done an exceptional job on a rotted area of our flooring, cutting out a large section replacing new boards and flooring, making the area look brand new. Due to the incompetent builders of the house several alterations had to be conducted on the new vanities and plumbing, he performed these essential tasks with great expertise. All financial quotes were exact, there were several parts additions and labour that did not increase any cost. We found it very difficult to find a company that would complete this job to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Ultimate Bathroom Renovations.Ultimate Bathroom Renovations
