      They claim to have delivered oil and charged my credit card twice but they must have delivered to the wrong house. We've attempted to negotiate with them but they've dug in their heels and refused to reimburse for the charges. I have cancelled my account with them so they can't get another shot of charging for something we never received.

      I woke up to a cold house this morning to discover I had let the Oil Tank Run Out. Fortunately for me I spoke with a Bonnie in the Sackville Office who went over and above for me in finding Dallas willing to add us to his already busy schedule for the end of his day today.
      I am soo appreciative of their help in my error.
      I have been a long time Customer of Aabel Fuels and my situation today is a reminder that I picked the BEST Oil Company whose employees Truly go Above and Beyond to help their Customers.
      I cannot Thank Bonnie enough for her Excellent Customer Service, she really cared about my situation and has a warm positive personality on the phone.
      Thank You is not enough to show my gratitude to your Amazing Team at Aabel Fuels !!

      I had a bad experience with Aabel fuels/ **** *******. Every year they would service my oil furnace - change the nozzle and test the efficiency, etc. This past summer this was done in August. I didn't notice for quite a while but eventually I noticed soot around the forced air pipes. I called **** ******* and they sent a tech on a service call. The technician told me that the wrong nozzle was used and the air settings were incorrect for the particular furnace. She seemed competent and honest, and explained that the furnace was now very inefficient because it was coated in soot. She installed the proper nozzle and set it correctly and wrote the problem on the work order. She said she expected she would get the dirty job of cleaning the soot out - something I was in dire need of to get it back to proper operation. I checked the chimney cleanout and found it was blocked full with soot. I vacuumed out 2.5 shop vac yellow vacuum bags of the stuff, so much that it must have been near blocking the pipe entering the chimney! This seemed to be a serious issue, possibly even a fire risk. I figured that the company would make good for the mistake and help me out but I was wrong. I called both **** ******* and Aabel Fuels and found that I couldn't reach a manager to discuss the problem, only dispatchers who would pass the message on. As I wasn't getting a quick response I called another company - the ****** ****, who cleaned the furnace for me. After 48 hours a manager finally responded and told me that the nozzle used should have been fine. I explained to her that there obviously was a problem and that I was shocked by their response to my complaint. They offered no assistance, only a bill for the service call that discovered the problem! With the service call (150), cleaning (285), additional oil used (??), plus time off work to deal with it, it cost me a lot! So I do not recommend this company!
