    This business is engage in a bait and switch type of pratice. The business was asked multiple times prior to the start of the job if they can clean a two mini split heat pump system, and was provided pictures of the location of a unit located 14ft high. The agent at the business confirmed with their tech and called me back and scheduled an appointment. Without telling me that they cannot clean the upper unit, they cleaned the lower unit, after which they advised they cant clean the upper unit and charged me $150+hst, their regular price is 250+hst. I had to get another company to clean the upper unit for 150+hst. I offered to pay 100+hst for the incremental cost difference becuase it was their mistake, and they refused. Had they been honest and told me that they can only clean the lower unit, I would've gotten another compnay to clean both for 250+hst. This is not the first such occurance, one of their low scoring google review was written by another customer for the exact same situation, the customer described this business as picking the low hangging fruit. Their bait and switch pratice must stop, they need to be honest to their customers. I will be paying their billed because they kept harrassing me with overdue bills yet did not reach out to resolve my legitimate concerns and financial loss (though small).

    As discussed during our phone call, Mr. ***** and I did have a dispute over billing back in June of this year. As though we did not find a resolution during the call I thought we had just agreed to disagree and we’d move on. It wasn’t until we received word from yourself at the BBB on August 19 that we realized this matter was still outstanding and that a compliant has been filed. Given that the dispute was over $50 the easiest resolution was to just credit the $50 against the account, which was done on August 19, the day we were presented with the complaint. That same day our accounting department attempted to reach Mr. ***** to notify him of the credit. There as no answer but there was a voicemail left letting him know.
