    Horrible cs service. Booked an appointment for Nov 12th was told the tech would be there between 8am-12 pm. tech never showed

    This review is not for the gentlemen that cleaned our heat pumps, we had no issue with them (although your "tracking" software does not work, the link showed they were 45 minutes away even after they had arrived). This review is for the terrible customer service, company was bought and no longer locally owned and clearly no longer care about their customers. I have had Breatheclean clean our heat pumps for the last 7 years and have recommended them many times, but no more. We will never be using them again. We have our appointments booked each year in advance. We had an appointment booked at 2:30pm, which had been booked for a year. I received a call the day before confirming the appointment and they had 12pm, which I confirmed was incorrect and they assured me no issue, they would make note not to come until 2:30pm (I have to book the day off work to be home for the cleaning and had booked another appt in the morning so no idea if I would make it home for 12). I get a call the next morning, day of the appt at 8:45am from an extremely rude individual that stated there was no way they could possibly come at 2:30pm and if I would not be there at 12pm then they would cancel the appt and I would need to reschedule. I explained that this appt had been booked for 2:30pm and had been booked for a year and they stated it did not matter, they have a new booking system and they only provide a morning or afternoon window now. I asked why I would not have been contacted to re-book it when the booking system changed and they had no answer, just that I had to be home by noon or else. They were completely rude, why would you not deal with booked appts if you change the booking system? I get a call with 3 hours notice "or else" no thank you. Absolutely disgusting to treat your customers like that, but now it's big corporate that does not care about their customers.
