    The team was efficient and worked very well together. Tim was very good at providing updates on how the installation was going and instructions on using the system. Left the worksite clean and tidy.

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were very good at selling them. 17 months in my unit shut off at 4am during a cold snap . 19 days later still not working .part was ordered…. Very minimal communication . Emails and phone calls not returned. Very frustrating experience .

    We received a request for a service call on Thursday the 15th of February. We had a service technician at the home the following day, Friday the 16th. We recognize that the customer was upset that the unit needed replacement parts and could not be immediately fixed. 


    This part was placed on order from the manufacturer the following business day.  We have no control over the time it took to for the part to arrive from outside the Province.


    We recognize that the Customer was extremely frustrated as we could not provide an exact date when the manufacturer would have the part delivered.


    When the part arrived we immediately contacted the customer to coordinate the service call.  We have to schedule this to accommodate our availability and their work schedule.

    This company is totally ***** ..
    ** ******* came to our home and sold us the "Goods" , He claimed he had worked for another HVAC Company but didn't like the way they treated Customers so he started Maritime HVAC (LIE).
    We agreed to his pitch and was assured he would see us through any issues (LIE).
    Less then a year later an issue arises and we did as we were told and called , only to find out that ** ******* no longer works there and never did own the company. Now we had to pay in advance for them to come a see what's wrong.

    Maritime HVAC received a request for a service call. It is our policy that we require diagnostic fees be paid prior arrival.
    Our technicians did service the unit and resolve the issue. The identified problem was not a defect of the unit, it was a lack of maintenance on the homeowner’s behalf. The homeowner acknowledged this.
