    They took our 250.00 and said give us ten days to hook it up.few days later they bumped us to hook up our neighbors. Said it would take 45 days to get our money back,pure ***** in my books

    Costumer support is rude technical support is non existent ******* often still has to buffer despite paying for a 300mb connection and even after I paid and was told that I was purchasing a router have asked for their router back did I pay for it or not and now I either have to take a day off work to wait for them to come pick up the router or find some way to print a shipping label to get my money back for my last month of internet

    Worst experience of my life. 7 years with this company and now turned to garbage. After 7 years on one modem it burned out, took a week to get them to send me a new one without expecting me to pay shipping. Received it and was told it would take 24-48 hours to change it. Now being told 4-5 days. Completely unacceptable! Are they reducing my bill for services not provided? Nope! Called customer service 5 times and was talked to like garbage and hung up on each time. **** was an extremely rude agent. No empathy. No compassion. No customer support skills whatsoever. Her personality barely qualifies her to clean gum from bathroom floors.

    beware this company will bottleneck your service. when you first start everything will be fine. as soon as they pick up that your are using their internet for streaming like ******, ******, and others like this, they will slow your internet down when you use it the most. when you contact them and talk with their tec department. they will ask if your internet is working because this is all that matters. they sell you 100 down but it will always end up at 10 down. the only option you have is to leave and dont look back. keep yourself some stress and dont even bother. pay the extra to have good internet.

    Rating them 1*. Have been a customer since end of April. Called several times for technical issues. Outside of the city so everything is done by phone, okay if you are technically savvy.
    Our system went down almost 48 hours ago, after 12 hours we had internet but no phone or cable. No technical support until another 12 hours. Seniors without a phone!!!
