      After skimming through prior reviews, I'd say this company must have gone through a very considerable overhaul, including a change of staff.
      I had been scouring the internet for a decently priced Tacoma for months when I saw Hayden Agencies Ltd's ad on ******. I replied to the ad and got a response fairly promptly that included my financing options with the particular numbers that I had provided for them.
      Within the next couple days, my wife and I made the 3.5 hr trip to Dartmouth to test drive the truck. There was a major accident on the 102 on our way there which set us back a couple of hours, however, **** was very accommodating; he even stayed with us after-hours so we could discuss our options with him.
      We wanted the truck, but we depended on the sale of our current vehicle to someone who required financing for it. By virtue of that, and with Hayden's help, we opted for a convenience deal. Not an easy feat when both parties are over 3 hours away.
      Thankfully, **** held the truck for us for the next week while we sorted everything out with both vehicles.
      We received the Tacoma with a new inspection, new tires, and a fresh oil change.
      Through it all, **** remained trustworthy, polite, easy to contact, dedicated, and on point; very personable, patient, and professional.
      I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to friends.
      I should also state that I have absolutely no affiliation on any level with said business apart from having purchased a vehicle from it.
