    Dishwasher with no power. Without first checking if the washer was receiving any power, they immediately tore it apart and diagnosed a faulty power module ($300 part) and quoted $600+ for repair. Seemed a little excessive since the power module can be replaced in under a minute with no tools, so decided to do it myself. Didn't need to though because took me all of 5 minutes to discover the actual problem was a fried wire in the junction box... a $23 repair. Charged $150 for a wrong diagnosis. Don't know if it was a ripoff or just extreme incompetence, but not a good look either way.

    Recently we had contacted the company to come in to look and service our ******* appliances. This was on July 29th, as of today our fridge is still not fixed and they have turned off some of the features (water/ice dispenser) with no indication of when they will be back to finish the job.
    According to the receipt we have it shows that we were grossly over charged for these 'repairs' The repair men that came in the first round made a mistake which cost us and then when they came back once again, they left without fixing anything.
    After not getting anywhere with the customer service line
    I want to know where we stand with respect to our fridge. Where is the part we were charged for? Why were we charged if it was not the solution but a mistake by the repair men.
    After going back and forth, repair men stated that they would come back on Friday for the actual. They never showed up and did not call or let us know. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We either would like a refund for the service that we were charged but did not receive or have the repairs done with no labor fee.
