Chris has been our property manager for almost two years now. We were new to the game and needed a quick solution for a rental due to a military move. His professionalism, problem solving attitude, and respect for our time and money has earned him our respect and trust.
Of particular note is the throughoughness and effort he puts into sourcing quality tenants for our property, providing us with a detailed summary and recommendations for moving forward. It has been wonderfully low stress renting our property from afar even though it has had some periodic issues - without Chris it would have been very challenging. We would recommend him to anyone for any rental needs!

I, like many, was in pickle trying to find a place to live Halifax. messaging dozens of property managers I got a solid look at what the industry had to offer and it was not always great.
I found an opportunity and worked with Chris to get the lease. He was professional, thorough and easy to deal with on the on-boarding. I have no evidence to think he will be anything less as the property manager for my current lease.

Chris has been extremely helpful in finding our tenant. He's very professional, very responsive, and communicates frequent and often. He put the effort in to understand our needs and preferences and was able to find the tenant that fits quickly. He fully understands the process and the tenancy ack giving excellent advice for us as a landlord but also advising the tenants. Our experience with Chris was fantastic! We were in a challenging situation, having to find new accommodation fast. Chris was excellent throughout the application process for our new place, being refreshingly truthful with clear timelines and expectations. What stood out the most, though, was how willing he was to go above and beyond, giving us advice on how to handle the tricky situation we were in with our old rental. Chris was always quick to respond, right from our first interaction and was more then patient with me and my never ending questions and inquiries in the search for a tenant.
While I have knowledge of Residential Tenancies, Chris's experience and knowledge is invaluable. He made quick work of vetting and finding a tenant and calming my first time landlord nerves.
