    I ordered $250 worth of live lobsters crabs and scallops Dec 16 2022 I requested shipping Dec 23 almost Dec 27 and no delivery the owner ***** was so rude to me asking me what planet I live on ?stemming from requesting a tracking number with ***** No #
    I lost $250 and we ate peanut butter toast for Christmas
    DO NOT ORDER FROM WHOLESALE LOBSTERS NOVA SCOTIA
    OWNER IS BEYOND RUDE AND I GOT SCAMMED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK

    Lobsters and Oyster are good. Clams okay but muscle is rotten and stink wase my $140. contact and feedback was ignored. Will not recommended.

    My seafood arrived totally thawed out so I asked for a refund. I haven’t received a refund or even a reply. The post office even returned the box to them as it was smelling so bad.

    This was our second time ordering these large, rich and tasty snow crab clusters. It was a treat enjoyed by everybody. I’ll be reordering these
    again. They were delivered overnight like their website said, and right to our door. Very impressive with the service we received. I think people are not understanding this service and shipping to their distant locations. I will keep purchasing as I am happy with the service and availability to talk with someone when I call.

    I ordered 30 lbs of lobsters and was promised on the phone they would be shipped out Thursday the 28th and arrive on my doorstep on Friday the 29th. Our lobster event was Saturday the 30th. The shipment arrived Thursday instead. They were contacted by email and phoned by my wife as I was away for the day. They were rude, unapologetic and unprofessional to my wife. My wife was told "I don't know what your problem is, you got your lobsters". We had to re-arrange our schedule and had to cook the lobsters on the Friday not on the Saturday as planned for our event. They advertise overnight delivery but the owner told us we were in a 2 day delivery service zone (BULL). He knew my address but forgot to mention on the phone about any zones but did say he would like my business.
    I specifically picked this company because they advertised Friday delivery. Will not work with company again. Apparently you can't leave a zero star rating.
