    I bought a used fridge on the face book marketplace Oct 19, 2024 at The Home Hub, I received my unit on Oct 21 and had been told to plug in the unit in 24 hours. Once I plug in the unit on Oct 22 wasn't working the cooling. I had been discussed and negotiated with the commercial and they were shirking the responsibility to the third party delivery company whom hired by the home hub. I had been told that the delivery company damaged the fridge due the delivery and I will have to wait until the delivery company to pay for the damage of the fridge to home hub for my refund. I was trying to negotiate with the home hub that I could just do the exchange for other models of fridge about the same value but they were refused to do. it was a cash deal so the home hub didn't provide me any invoice but a warranty purchase. The breakdown of the total cost for my purchase was: $1000 Used Bosch fridge + $90 Freight + $75 Warranty. I already attached some of our conversation but I couldn't succeed to upload all of it due the limited of 5MB. The Home Hub furnishings store is actually close and I am worry if I can't get my refund back.

    We have spoken to ***** on multiple occasions trying to aid her with this situation. She bought a fridge from us and a third party company was hired that unfortunately loaded the fridge on its back which broke the fridge. ***** bought the fridge as a final sale deal. We are not liable for the delivery company breaking her fridge and then not paying her for the damage.

    The company for delivery is actually not hiring from me. I did reach out the home hub furnishing. I had been told that I will get a replacement for other units and I did sent them other model of unit that I want but I never received any update for the delivery detail.

    On May 10, 2024 I purchased a 3 rack dishwasher from Home Hub Furnishing selling refurbished appliances. The Dishwasher that I purchased was delivered and when I installed it, we couldn't get it to work. I called N**** that I had been dealing with to let her know it wasn't working and after trouble shooting with no success. A few days later N**** and the technician came to see what the issue was but couldn't get it working, it was decided that a new board needed to be ordered that would take a couple weeks to fix it. Upon picking it up a loaner was not compatible to the one that I had purchased was installed and was told that it was only for a couple weeks before I have my machine back. After numerous calls to them regarding this issue only response I was getting is PARTS NOT IN. Weeks after weeks of calling, they stopped answering my calls. I went to back the warehouse, they moved but didn't know where. Only other info I had was my E-TRANSFER Information and email that it was send too. Found the company, able to chat with M**** finally give me a telephone number to call and after speaking with M*** on numerous occasion, I was told that it would be replace but they didn't have a compatible machine. I was offered a $100.00 refund and keep this machine, I refused, was offered $200.00 refund and keep this machine, refused again. At this point I told them I wanted a full refund of $400.00 and after some negotiations, a full refund was accepted but would only refund once the machine was back in their warehouse. I told them that I had no way to take it there as I don't have a vehicule and they refused it.. I also asked them to send a check with the guy when they pick up and they refused that too. After that I lost all contact with them again, a few days later I was able to chat with someone else called B*** and told me that we could no longer called as everything is done by chat now.... He was suppose to get back to me and never heard back it's been almost 2 weeks...

    Our customer service agent told D** on numerous occasions that we can refund him once he returns the unit to the store. We cannot give him a refund without having the dishwasher that he currently has. We have a refund policy of sending our refunds via cheque by mail. This is our policy. We have already confirmed to give D** a refund but he will not return the unit.

    We are not able to provide D** with a refund if the item is not returned to our store. Our location stated in google in ******** We are open Tuesday-Saturday 10-6 and can be dropped off during those periods. We will be sending a cheque through mail once the item is received. This typically will take 5-7 business days for the customer to receive. We stopped taking the calls as we have given you the solution and we are not allowing our staff to be yelled at for 40 minute phone calls.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I will accept the offer but where do I drop the Dishwasher off in ******* as they have not provided me with an address and will I receive a signed copy of the delivery paper and that I will receive my Cheque for $400.00 within 5 to 7 business days as stated in this response from the Company!

    I had ordered a stackable washer and dryer, paying $1645 for the unit. I got a loan from ******** Canada for the unit through Home Hub Furnishings. It was finalized Aug 14. I have not received my unit from them and keep getting the runaround. A delivery company went to pick up the unit TWICE only to be told both times it wasn't ready. As of today I still do not have my washer/dryer.

We could have sent out the order on the day of but our technician advised us that doing so would result in premature failure and we agreed it would be an unethical decision for us to make as a company. We ordered the part the day that you showed interest in the machine but unfortunately it was on back order and we just received the part today. During the period in which you waited, we offered you a loaner washer/dryer in which you refused. I wanted to make sure we had it before responding. We have offered to pay any payments or fees in which you encountered with ******** during the wait and we also offered free delivery in hopes that we could reconcile this situation. The machine is ready to go, please contact our team to schedule your free delivery. Thank you.

    They did NOT offer me a loaner, they offered a choice of different machines, which , when I chose one, was ALSO broken
