    Don't let their website and online invoices and receipts **** you. This company is a TOTAL ****!
    I bought a washer a week ago and paid for delivery. They never contacted me to discuss delivery date or time. I had to call and leave voicemails for them to even get back to me. Once they did, they told me that the washer "wasn't ready". What kind of company sells appliances that "aren't ready" ??? And when I asked them when they planned on delivering, they just said that they'd follow up with head office and get back to me, which they still haven't after going through the same conversation, twice. Also, they say that they only deliver once a week, on Saturdays. What kind of company only delivers once a week????
    Now, when I try to call their number, the line just automatically disconnects, like they blocked my number. These people are thieves. They have NO professionalism to speak of, they offer non-functioning items for sale, without ever disclosing that they're not functional. TERRIBLE!!!

    Sadly, this company had a great Opening line.. They sell scratch and dent, saving the enviroment from waste.. I believe in that, what i didnt think i was getting was a Half fixed Stove, with poor workmanship that died after using it just a few weeks.. The Customer support is VERY lacking and the After sales Service is NON existant unless i want to be inside their 30min warranty zone. I only found out obaout this AFTER i had an issue..
    I WISH i could write a good review.. I was Hoping.. BUT after so many missed delivery times, poor product, terrible delivery and then Failing product.. I have to give an "F' for fail yourself, the client and the Environment...

    Mr ********, we made multiple attempts to deliver your stove. After paying our delivery driver to drive outside of our zone, you denied the delivery because your step was damaged upon arrival. You signed a warranty agreement in which it states in bold we can not service outside of our zone as the costs would be extreme for a small business. We made multiple attempts to help you and told you that the item would be fixed upon drop-off in which you denied again. You then opted to try to fix the machine yourself, which then led to more damage. We have proof of our constant contact to you including virtual service appointments, calls, and messages of us working on your problem.
