    On September 2 I bought car of east coast financing that was 36000 all in financed the car was being prepared on my way down and when I arrived car looked good no problems on way home herd loud humming on highway called they assure me was tires but was also making other noises so I wanted car looked at they got it right in but when I’m Garge of there choice the mechanic came out and told me I have other problems like balljoint and sway bar links all bad i called back dealer and even was willing to bring to there door before the 30 days was up but they denied saying they were busy and never be able to get in and I have all messages from ******* ******* the sales person that sold me car they told me they had talk to the owner and he said when I get back to nl to put in garage see what gone and they will fix the got car inspected here in nl and when they put in Garge here in nl and found out what was really gone on car the said bluntly 30 days up should of came early but I have all messages saved I was at them from day one trying to get fixed ……. Not fare I could of got hurt or killed somone because there not inspection there cars the way they should and just driving them out door

    When he was talking to the salesperson after he purchased the car he said that the wheel bearings were gone and that he was a mechanic and that if we send them to him that he would put them on. so we sent them to him

    as requested. That seemed to be the fix but then he weeks later he said there was sway bar link gone so we told him to have it checked as he was naming different problems. Where he was a mechanic we thought he knew and that is why we 

    sent the bearings to him. Never once did he mention shocks. *** had said he would pay for the sway bar link but we never received a bill. So I guess he was not happy with that. As to being denied to bring the car in for service I highly

    doubt that was the case as I deal with the mechanics every day and they are very good with the customers and go above and beyond .

    He can contact *** he he would like to resolve this.

    I have a copy of the Text message from ******** ******** To **** Stating that he would be willing to pay for ball joints and bearings. He requested a copy of the invoice so he could send him a check. I checked the folder but could not find an invoice.

    He also said that he would not cover the shocks. If **** could send the receipt I will check in to it concerning payment.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    my car 2015 ****** with problems still ain’t fixed it is parked and the two back bearings that were replaced a week after I received car east coast paid for that already and the shop that done it told me there was also ball joint on passenger side falling off and he didn’t go over all the car so more less get car check out soon and was surprised when I said was just inspected week ago at east coast financing and car was over 25000$.no financing yet !!!And after getting balljoint done myself still need two sway bar links , two shocks and after all work I’ll need alignment . they wants  pay for my sway bar links and alignment I’ll gets shocks myself he wants to do it he can contact me he got my number

    I bought a used car from East Coast financing they told me they would detail it and have it already to go for me I showed up nothing was done no detailing no safety inspection no nothing so I drove all the way to sack full Nova Scotia from Paris from NS for nothing when they knew I was coming. When I did finally get the car it was filthy disgusting cigarette butts underneath the sea garbage cell phone charger just all kinds of garbage. I guess when they were doing the safety inspection the check engine light came on he said it cleared itself then I guess they found a cracked line on the turbo after they already did an inspection then yesterday I was at a gas station to get gas in my car wouldn’t start I was on my way to pick up my autistic son who is struggling at school and wanted to go home while his mom wasn’t around she was away so I was on duty to pick him up yeah I couldn’t pick him up because my piece of crap car won’t work. iPhone East Coast financing the first phone call I get somebody tells me to bad deal with it yourself then iPhone back I’m not happy now I will get to that I’m not happy now I was rude I was ignorant because they were rude and ignorant to me if they like to do it to people then they must like to have it done back to them. They won’t take my car to a proper dealership I just found out they have no idea what they’re even trying to diagnose I have it in text messages they’ve blocked all communication with me they have an apologize or anything just said sorry for the inconvenience it’s not an inconvenience it’s a nightmare my son will not even look speak or do anything with me because I was supposed to pick him up when he needed me the most and I couldn’t do it. I was 34 minutes away from their place and it took them almost 2 hours to get a person out to assist me I have the text messages where it says they’re leaving the shop right now and when you Google map it 34 minutes yeah they took two hours no tow truck no nothing give me a loaner car

    In response to this complaint: We have done everything we can to accommodate his needs. He been verbally abusive to our mechanic (***** ****** 902-869-4187) who recorded the conversation. He also spoke to the finance manager who offered to reverse the deal and fully reimburse him or give him other options for vehicle. He is currently driving one of our loaner vehicles, free of charge, while his vehicle is at the ********* dealership being worked on as per his request.     Clearly Mr. Welsh is not telling the truth. We communicated with him through myself and ***** ******. **** the sales manger did have to block him as he was very abusive to him and would not listen to anything he had to say. His car is at the **** dealer as Mr. welsh knows and it is completely fixed. because of the weather the Dealership is not open today. We will be delivering the car tommorrow and picking up then car we loaned him

    I am telling the truth. I have the phone calls recorded. **** lied to me. Told me something that was true. He didn’t even understand it. I’m not taking the car. Sorry. It’s not worth it. I was told lies when I bought it. No inspection, nothing. Not detailed nothing. 

    sorry im not taking your car. It’s a lemon. So I drive it for 2 more days and it breaks down again. Then what? Call you guys again. I don’t think so. The way I was lied to about the car in the first place, then told by the finance manager that he has no idea what’s wrong and he shouldn’t be telling me anyways.

     

    I have zero Faith or confidence in the car. Sorry if you checked it over like you said you did then this would of never happened. I know if my business did this to someone I would loose my licenses. 

    I went a full refund. It’s the only way. They weren’t up front. It’s just that simple. Yes **** blocked me, because he doesn’t  care what he did to my son. 

    Saying sorry for the inconvenience does not make any of this better I’m sorry. I won’t be excepting the car. They didn’t even tell me what dealership they took it too. 

    I have no paperwork. I don’t trust the car. I’m not putting m my family in it. 

    They should if had the car checked out before they sold it. 

    I have extra Warranty on the car that if it breaks I’m supposed to take it back to them and I’m never taking it back to them so I don’t want the car they lie to me in the first place they didn’t inspected they didn’t do a 200 point inspection they did absolutely nothing it wasn’t detailed nothing so why should I take the car after they did all this to me.
