      Don't be fooled by the BBB rating! Multiple court claims are currently active against Jonesco, you can search for yourself. Full review see google.
      They made multiple mistakes and did not build our cottage to the plans and specifications provided. All of which cost us time and money to correct and fix, mean while **** would blame everyone else but himself.
      After 8 months past our expected completion date I sent **** an email, stating my frustration, and demanded he provides us with a plan on how they were going to complete the cottage by the end of March. This is when Jonesco decided to terminate as we were "micromanaging the project and had unreasonable demands"
      Upon inspecting the day after terminating, they had left the cottage in an absolute disaster with garbage and rubbish left everywhere. Jonesco had removed material we had paid for and supplied for them to install.
      Our experience with Jonesco in our opinion was nothing more than a nightmare from dealing with the disorganization of the company, not building our cottage as per our plans and specifications, dishonesty, mismanagement of project costs and our money, and absolutely poor quality of workmanship. There was a lack of communication and respect from **** and Mark during the whole progress of the project. Jonesco did not communicate any discrepancies with us and decided to make decisions that were not in our best interest without consultation. This not only cost us extra money, we had to sacrifice the design and functionality of our cottage.
      We finally finished our cottage in the late summer of 2022 and lucked out with excellent contractors to fix all these deficiencies and complete the project. Unfortunately, the state and progress that we were left by Jonesco, cost us a substantial amount of money which Jonesco is refusing to pay and now have to take him to court.
