Ordered 2024-11-03 and heard nothing, emailed for updates & heard nothing. 2024-11-8 call them and they have excuses like "it was low stock and had to ship from different location" Now it suddenly is shipping - why do I have to call in and check on this? Delivery date is also showing now for 2024-11-18. This is going way against the advertising found above on the website. Hope the correct part arrives. Serves me right for ordering from a Canadian company. Never again - Do not trust this company.Easy Appliance Parts

Sorry for any issues this may of caused. The
item you ordered was in stock at the time of the order; however, when
fulfilling the order there was an inventory discrepancy and the item went to a
temporary backorder status. We had to place an order with the manufacturer, and the item arrived to one of our warehouses and we where able too ship from that location. We have issued you a refund on your shipping for the inconvenience in the amount of $15.10 which is the $13.49 plus tax $0.67 gst and $.094 pst. Ordered a part for a repair kit for an icemaker. The part number pulled up the picture on the website. It shows all the items in the kit. When I received the kit, one of the items was missing. I contacted them by 800 number in the package. They said the part was back ordered and would ship it when it arrived only they wanted to charge freight and the cost of the part. The kit was just under 100$ and that price was to include the missing part. There was an instruction with a list of include parts in the kit that also indicated the missing part was to be in the kit. I tried for 15 minutes to convince the sales rep that they owed me the part and all i would pay is freight. He said no, the part was not included in the kit. Again the photo on the website shows the part in the kit. I ordered after watching a repair on ******* and the person there had the same kit by part number and the missing part was there. I think they just ship what they have since their internal part number is different from the manufacturers kit number. This lets them get the money and claim their it doesn't contain the same parts. My issue is the kit was looked up and displayed with the man part number not theirs. I did not return for credit because I didn't trust that they would make good on the payment. Plus I would be out freight both ways, I ordered the missing part on **** for about the same price as their shipping alone.Easy Appliance Parts

We can offer to refund the shipping on your order which you will see back on your credit card in 2-3 business days in the amount of $11.99. If you are not using the kit we can set this return up for you. We would also need some more information in order to set this up. I followed instructions for a return though the instructions were incomplete. I didn't even open the box containing the item I ordered because I realized I had made a mistake when ordering. Low and behold I took the box to *****, then to ***. I paid $11.00 to ship the item to me, it was shipped from Las Vegas. FedEx wanted $47 to ship to Georgia, the address on the return label that was supplied. *** wanted $56 to ship the return. Why I am looking at a return that needs to travel all the way across the country from CA to GA, when it was shipped to me from Las Vegas, NV. This is a bogus company with a scheme set up for returns that they claim are easy to do by following their incomplete instructions and setting you up to face an exorbitant cost to do a return, a prohibitive expense for a $61 purchase. I would stay clear of this **** company.Easy Appliance Parts

We have emailed you prepaid UPS return labels to return the item. You will need to print off and drop off at a UPS location. The part arrived quickly but it was the wrong part. I received and return authorization and a return label. But I did not receive instruction as to which shipping company to use. (*** *** ***** ** ** ****.) They don't have a phone customer service, no agents available.

I placed an order for a part indicated as being in stock. The website states in stock parts will be shipped the same day. It has been three days with no status update. I have sent emails with no response and tried calling with " no agents available" to answer the phone.

I ordered a plastic drawer for the freezer section of my ********* refrigerator/freezer. Website said part was backordered and would ship in 10-15 business days. After 20 business days with no shipment, I called and was told the part would ship in 3-5 days. After 5 days, I called again, and the representative told me they had checked with the manufacturer, and there was no estimated delivery date for the part. So the 3-5 day shipment story was a "standard line" I would assume, with no basis in fact. My credit card was charged when the order was placed. I cancelled the order, and as with most online firms, it takes 3-5 business days to process a credit. At no time, did the company initiate any communication with me to tell me the part was delayed. They had my payment, so there was no negative consequence to them. Will not order from them again. Poor customer communication.Easy Appliance Parts

We had to place an order with the manufacturer they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. Order #******** Ordered part and confirmed that item was in stock & to be shipped immediately. 8 days later - no part. Contacted them and told a "glitch" in system indicated part in stock, but now on backorder. Continued to wait but part didn't arrive so I purchased a new fridge. Contacted Easy Appliance and cancelled order (written cancellation in hand confirming refund to be processed to my credit card within 2-3 business days). 14 hours after receiving a confirmed cancellation, I rec'd notification that part was being shipped. I immediately emailed customer service and informed them of my cancellation. Cancellation documentation and tracking info confirm that these events took place before physical shipment of item. They shipped the item anyway and I can't get though by phone to talk to someone that might even care. I am out over $300.00 and stuck with a useless part. I also find it interesting that the part is shipped from Vancouver to my location in BC when this an eastern Canadian company. It appears that they utilized the 3 hour time difference to their advantage and made arrangements to get the part shipped within hours of my cancellation to make it appear as a coincidence. NICE TRY but, I have little faith in coincidences particularly when I have written confirmation in my possession confirming cancellation and a refund.
I expect this vendor to do the right thing by taking back the part with a full refund to me! I will post additional reviews on the progress.Easy Appliance Parts

I ordered a part for my refrigerator door. It’s an older model and I was sent the newer improved part which did not work. I called and was told to send pictures of the original part and part delivered. I then was told to wait a week for the warehouse to process my claim. After the first week I was told they warehouse is still processing my claim. After the second week I was told they are still processing my claim.
Not a very reputable company to deal with. Avoid them and deal with Sears parts online. They were able to get the correct part for my refrigerator.

Avoid. Ordered a hinge for a Frigidaire refrigerator. Was depicted as a unit. The hinge is really three separate pieces, one imbedded in the bottom of the door. They sent one piece of the hinge which was a small piece of plastic that couldn't have cost more than 50 cents to make. Charged $15 plus shipping. Ridiculous. I'll get the rest of the hinge, but not from these guys. ****.Easy Appliance Parts

The hinge is also available has a kit which includes both the left and right hinges, cams and bearings however does not include the hardware. The manufacturer also sells pieces of the hinges so if a customer only needs one piece they are able to purchase that item. We get all out items directly from the manufactures Our prices are discounted based on the manufactures prices. We can refund half of your shipping cost as a one time refund for the inconvenience.
