      Not very impressed! No phone service!! Really! Higher than normal call volumes!! Take that ridiculous message off you phone! The website has incorrect information as to the correct part for my ********** replacment glass insert. It did not fit. Purchase was smooth and delivery was quick. Return label was prompt but Canada Post would not accept it since it did not have Canada Post logo and information. 2 emails in 7 days to them have not been addressed. Please help!! I just want this thing out of my house and get refunded. *** ** **** ***** ******* ** **********

      I ORDERED SOME PARTS FOR A DISH WASHER. THEY CAME PROMPTLY, BUT I HAD ORDERED THE WRONG PART. SO I SUBMITTED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION 10 DAYS AGO BY EMAIL.
      TO DATE I DO NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN AND GET MY CREDIT. AND, ALL OF MY MESSAGES HAVE GONE UNANSWERED.
      I ORDER A LOT ON LINE, BUT THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST, WORST, WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING ON LINE.
      AVOID BUYING FROM EASY APPLIANCE PARTS !!!!!!!!

      Absolutely amazing service !!!! Ordered the part for my whirlpool dishwasher online; received notification my part was shipped less than 2 hours later.
      Package arrived in 2 days with my parts exactly as ordered.
      I would definitely order parts from this company / website again.

      If I could leave them 0 stars I would. I placed a panel for my Frigidaire dryer on March 06, 2023.
      I called two weeks after for an update, they said the part was back-ordered. Representative told me it would take 7-15 business days. Called a month after, nothing! Called six weeks later, I got the same story. Bottom line Easy Appliance Parts representatives don't have concrete ETA or tracking information from their vendors. I asked for a refund today 04/28/203, I better get it. It's very frustrating and time consuming dealing with these representatives over the phone. Oh! and FYI when I called to check on the status of the part, they didn't have any representatives to answer so my calls got dropped. I pulled a fast one by ordering a NEW part someone did pick up. Seems fishy, they don't want to deal with existing orders just new ones??

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. The item ordered was not a stocked item and we had to place an order with the manufacturer. Which the manufacturer advised they did not have a date at this time. We do show your order was cancelled on 04/29/23 and you will see a refund back on your credit card in 2-3 business days.

      If they don't have your part, their website will automatically substitute something else. Then they don't respond to requests for a refund.

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. The item ordered was a substituted by the manufacturer. We do show a return was set up on 03/20/23 for your refund and this process can take 7-10 business days for your refund too be applied.
