      I spent 44$ on a dishwasher gasket and they sent me the wrong one. I know this because my dishwasher is leaking worse with the one they sent me than the old one I have. In addition to this, I looked on my invoice and it says they substituted the part. They do not ever answer the phone. I have not received any communication from email saying they are going to refund me my part and it has so far been 2 days. It's terrible customer service that they will make me pay for shipping to return the part. I will never use Partselect ever again.

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. We show we emailed on 07/27/23 we needed some more information in order to set up the correct return and refund. If you can please reply with serial number of the unit the item was for. Also when an item is defective we ask you to hold on to the item for 30 days and if the warehouse would like the item back they email prepaid return labels.

      This company has the worst service & customer service ever. I ordered a part 8 months ago. The part has never arrived. When I called 6 months ago, I was told it was being shipped immediately. It still has NOT arrived. When I call the company, I got a recording which said they don't have anyone who can answer their calls. Wait, WHAT?? I need to e-mail them to try to get my money back. This company has serious issues.

      Ordered parts on Sunday May 14 for next day delivery. Parts Select completed FedEx shipping label on May 15 at 3:55 pm. After that no updates from Parts Select. I called customer service on May 16 and was told I needed to be patient, but still couldn’t tell me anything about my order, other than a label had been completed. On May 17, I called customer service and still no change in status. I demanded I be refunded for my next day delivery charges, which I was. I was told a message would be sent to find my order and expedite shipping. On May 18, still no change in status, I called customer service and the man could only tell me that a label had been completed on 15 May and that there was nothing more he could tell me. I told him to cancel my order, I would go with a company that truly cared about its customers. It is sad to think of all the businesses that had to close due to the pandemic, but a substandard company like Parts Select stays in business. Don’t believe this company cares about its customers or is dedicated to performing on a professional level.

We do show the package was delivered on 05/19/23 with fed ex tracking number 398336597069. Once when a package is shipped we are not able to cancel the order we can only set up a return. If you wish to return the items please let is know.

      order number ********, placed order on 04/02, email stated ordered shipped 04/03, tracking link didn't work, 04/7- called customer service, was told by customer service ONtrac site is down, it displayed a 404 page not found/doesn't exist, was instructed to check back in an hour, link in for tracking still went to 404 page not found, called customer service 04/11- was told the same script, ontrac site is down, check back, and I said I don't think its the site being down, Then she proceeded to tell me she suspects the order is lost... I requested the order to be cancelled and to be refunded, was told the cancellation should be processed in 24-48 hours and I wouldn't receive an email until it was completed, whatever that means. After reading these reviews seems like my experience is par for the course. Hopefully I will get my money back from them, something s**** ****** ***** *** ** *****

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PARTS!!!! I order two new door gaskets for my KitchenAid refrigerator. They cost a total of $579.46. The freezer gasket fit great but the gasket for the refrigerator had a gap that was 25 inches long. I called and told them the problem and they told me I had to BUY another new gasket for the refrigerator and also send pictures of the 25 inch gap once they received the bad gasket, they would refund me for the bad gasket. I have now been waiting for my refund and every time I call customer service. They keep asking me for the tracking number before they can even start to help me. I have my order number for all of the items but refuse to help me. All of the paperwork that was needed to identify my purchase was included with the return. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY. I am out $273.16.

      Don’t buy here because they are not customer friendly. After they get your money, customer is at their mercy since they won’t respond if there is an issue with the order. I ordered glass for my fridge and enroute the tracking says was damaged and shipper notified and advised to discard. I requested that partselect send me the tracking as soon as they send the replacement and since then I have not have a decent reply. When I track my order, my order number is not recognized. When my husband called the customer service there is a never ending recording. And no person answers the so called “ friendly customer service representative to assist you.” *******

We do show that you have emailed in on 01/27/23 to advise of the item was not received and was damage during shipping. We do show your order was refunded back to your PayPal account in the amount of $103.34. To have a replacement sent a new order would need to be placed.       Do not order from this company unless you want to lose money and your items for 2 months. I got kicked around by multiple different agents with multiple different excuses. Don't waste your money unless you want to donate it

We do see one item was on backorder with the manufacturer and was taking longer our estimated 15 business days and one item was lost during shipping. We show these items have been refunded in the amount of $190.69 in two transactions. The cancelled item in the amount of $128.95 was refunded on 07/26/22 and the missing item on 07/27/22 in the amount of $61.74. We have also refund the shipping cost on your order in the amount of $12.25 you will see back on your credit card in 2-3 business days for the inconvenience.
