      I ordered a laptop screen and service was excellent when ordering. Screen only worked for 10 minutes. Took my laptop to a computer technician and he told me the screen was faulty.I then emailed Laptopparts and have been ignored, then I phoned but could only leave a message. Have not had a call back. I then sent a second email but on the basis of my experience so far I expect to be ignored again. Will not go near this company again.

      Misleading. Ordered a "Genuine Apple Battery" what I got was a bent (damaged) cheap clone.These guys should be avoided!!!! I have emailed them, and texted them, the don't have a phone number, no reply from them. AVOID.

      Quite honestly this is the shadiest company that ive ever had the pleasure of doing buisness with. After doing a ****** search of parts i found a laptop keyboard that would work with my model of keyboard (or so i thought) it was half the price of the other keyboards i seen online so i jumped foolishly on the purchase. after buying and reciving the product there appeared to be different style of keyboards to choose from on the website and after further searching found that the only way to find the right part was too ****** it (this is important) after getting the keyboard ans finding out it was the wrong one i started a paypal dispute considering they now had 5 different types of keyboards to choose from. Thank god i started that dispute as they honestly at first tried to tell me i ordered wrong, so i then did a proper search on their website for parts numbers and it will show multiple parts for one parts number, and that includes the wrong parts. (this made me feel like i had been bamboozled into buying). further searching made me realize that i could no longer find the specific parts that i needed on their website so i did the ****** search again and lo and behold i found the part. but i could only find it from ****** which they say that you cannot rely on and try to blame them for the misrepresentation of parts on their website. they have multiple part numbers and unit numbers under each part they have so it catches many different searches online and pulls them to the site.

      Don't trust this company with your money! I ordered a simple charger for my Macbook (said to be a genuine Apple product) and it came unboxed from its original packaging and with only half of the contents it should contain (all other competitors sell chargers with the ** "duck head" adapter and an extension ** cable included). I emailed their customer support requesting they send the missing cable and they said they would only send it if I paid an extra $33 for it... A part that is *included with ALL other competitors* and is included in Apple's original packaging. After all this, they then offered to return the product for me if I wasn't happy, but charge me return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Absolute garbage. I couldn't return it because I needed it to charge my laptop (as my original charger broke).To add injury to insult, the charger has since stopped working altogether. I had to go to a box store a pick up another. Comparing the two side by side, I believe the adapter piece is not even an Apple product - it's an off-brand knockoff. You have to hold it tight for the power to turn on and, if you let go of the charger, it stops working altogether.These guys look like they're giving you a deal with prices slightly lower than competitors, but don't believe it - they're only selling you half of what you should get and cutting corners wherever they can.

      They answer their phone and I need a refund for a battery that doesn't fit. They claim on their website that they basically dock 30% of your refund for shipping and restocking fee. I literally have the packaging and everything together. I didn't even use the battery. I need my money back.
