    So, I paid this company money to finance for me. They short-changed me. They owed me for overtaxing me. They told me to send receipts to help the lender get the money to me. They failed to email me or return calls and kept saying they would escalate the money owed to me. Today, I finally got it, but then they closed my account and told me no more messages. I said I have power of attorney. If this fails to pay the tax on the motorcycle, then I will have to contact you because you charged me tax. You said Ontario requires you to charge me. So, that's fine, but the tax on $5,000 is $650. They charged me $800. I finally got the difference back. Meanwhile, they were quick to take three payments so far. The point is, when you owe them, it's a different story when they owe you.

    Subject: Urgent Complaint - Finance That Application and Privacy Concerns

    I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and growing concerns regarding my application to Finance That, which was submitted on May 27, 2023. While I received conditional approval two days later, my experience since then has been nothing short of frustrating and concerning.

    To meet the conditions of approval, I promptly provided several pieces of identification, including my passport. Furthermore, I submitted comprehensive employment verification documentation, such as an employment letter, paystubs, and copies of my bank records. To ensure transparency, I even included my HR department in our correspondence. Despite these efforts, my application remains unresolved.

    My greatest worry pertains to the security of my personal information. Finance That possesses a wealth of sensitive data about me, and I require immediate reassurance that this information is handled with the utmost care and that any copies or records of it are deleted promptly.

    I have repeatedly attempted to contact *** *. from Finance That for clarification and resolution, but she stopped responding after a certain point. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but has left me feeling vulnerable regarding the status of my application and the security of my personal data.

    On August 15, I made a final attempt to reach out to *** and Finance That, requesting a response to my concerns. As of today, August 30, I have not received any communication or reassurance, which further exacerbates my anxiety regarding this matter.

    I insist on prompt action to address my application status, resolve the outstanding issues, and, most importantly, confirm the complete deletion of my personal information from Finance That's records. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate my concerns to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

If an application is declined or withdrawn, all personal documentation is permanently deleted from our database.

    They texted me out of the blue about a final approval for a loan. I did not apply nor give this company any of my information and I did not authorize any credit checks. They are not professional and did not answer my text when I said I did not apply for anything and what's to know who they were...
