    I had the misfortune of dealing with *** ******. Finance That requests that you connect your bank account with them. Shortly after I did that $600 was taken from my account for no reason. I was able to get my money back with the help of my bank but Finance That is the only company that I connected to my account so, it must have been them that took my money.
    I called in to speak to *** but his number is no longer valid.
    I called the other number and spoke to some ******* **** ***** lady who had tons of kids running around in the background. As soon as I brought up the matter with her she immediately got defensive saying it wasn't them and where's my proof. **** ***** **** ******** I gotta get a new bank account now.

    ***** company that takes 2 weeks to complete the loan process and tell you at the end that they tack on a 900 dollar fee for processed.     Incredibly ************** and frustrating to deal with as a dealer. * ******** ***** **** ******* **** * ** **** **** ** ****** * *********** ** **** ******** I was dealing with Mitchelle and had a terrible experience with her.
    I spent hours on my day off putting together a deal. Mitchelle put down a deposit but didn’t get a bill of sale from the customer which is needed to hold the vehicle. I then got ghosted for a day because apparently their servers were down. When I finally heard back Mitchelle told me it was too much of a hassle to get the car approved because of the accidents on the carfax. Mitchelle then spoke to my customer and talked him into a different car.
    I tried to speak to Mitchelle about it but she was completely dismissive and threatened to complain to my supervisor. She seems very nice at first but that changed as soon as the first inconvenience came up. Now I’ve lost my valuable time and money because of the ************ of this company. This is my only time dealing with FinanceThat so maybe I’m being harsh but based on my experience * ***** ******** **** *** ********** ** ***** ***** *****

    I was really impressed at the lengths they go through to protect everyone involved in a transaction. They wouldn't do a credit check without speaking with me first to confirm my information and get my verbal consent, they asked me for a selfie holding my license to ensure it was really me in possession of the ID. I found a bike via private sale and they ensured it was a legitimate sale and that the seller actually owned it and could prove that. Even requested a photo of the VIN on the bike to match it to the ownership - I would never have thought to check that. I know for some it can seem like a lot and maybe a bit intrusive, but in this day and age with fraud, you can ever be too careful.

    I am private seller and wanted to share my feedback. I was very pleased with the precautions the company took top protect the sale of my unit. The documents I sent were standard on any sale. It was paid rather quickly! Everything was so smooth and proffessional!

    Placed a application, received responces from Yvonne with a approval then silence, gets a msg from Kyle stating they are going to assist me with my approval. Ignored by both Yvonne and Kyle, then all of a sudden get a msg from Kyle that I was not approved and then all of a sudden Yvonne was no longer with company. This all happened within hours of each other. *** ********* ******** ** ******* **** ***** **** ***** ** *****

    I filled out all the paperwork and got the bill of sale and paid for the insurance and never got the bike ...so I legally own a motorcycle that now is sold to someone else ...see what happens when they go to insure it because it's registered in my name .. I think they are super sketchy .... be afraid to send them money it would go missing just like my 900.00 insurance money did ... ***** * *** **** ** ** ****** ** ******* **** ** ******* * ****** **** * ****** ** ********
