    I really give them a 0/5. Their follow up is the worst ever. We had our garage floor done August 2020 and since 2021 we have been calling company Dura Max re the awful yellow colour of our garage floor assuming the wrong coating was applied but no one has ever come out to look at it and have been put off never receiving any return call. I was calling twice a year in 2021, 2022, 2023 and since 2024 every month or more but only speaking with reception, pictures were sent in to company and never a return call. I am so tired and so frustrated with this company I certainly would never refer them to anyone.Very poor customer service.***** and *******

    ***** to get company to redo the Epoxy flooring that was done in 2018. The Epoxy started to fade and I have tried now for approximately 5 years for them to come back. They gave me all the excuses in the world. Last year it was all set up to have them to start. Colours were picked out and then the excuses started again. Then they started saying that they didn't really have to do it but that they were being kind to redo it. I have a Lifetime warranty which it states on my receipt.

    On May 8,2024 I ordered an Epoxy Floor from this company. I was required to give a $423.75 booking fee which I did. After over ******************************************************************* a firm date when they would start it. As a result and tired of waiting I cancelled the job and asked for me booking fee to be refunded to me. They refused and I still do not have my money.Do not do business with this company. They are very unreputable. They also go under the name of Fourth and Apsley in *********** *************** and *****************************

    Had a basement and garage finished by this company ,the basement is missing chip and clear coat on some areas ,the garage floor is lifting and peeling on all saw cut areas that were filled but not supposed to be .I have called over and over with no call back it’s so frustrating dealing with this company .I called another company to fix this problem and they told me the same thing they will not call back ,next step small claims

    I had Duramax apply epoxy coating on my garage floor in October 2020. After a few months it started to yellow. I called the company several times to let them know that I wasn't happy with the workmanship.
    Finally in November of 2021 Zach & Chuck came out & agreed that the floor needed to be redone.
    I received an email the next day that they would come out on May 2nd,2022 to redo it.
    It is now July of 2023 & they have never come to redo the floor.
    I called & emailed many times & was told that I was on the list & that they would call me when they were coming!!
    Eventually they stopped taking my calls & answering my emails.
    I even hired a lawyer who sent them a registered letter that they completely ignored as well.
    I am not a happy customer & from my experience there is no customer service.
    I would never recommend Duramax to anyone EVER!!

    We had approximately 10 houses on our street and their porches done by Duranax. As well, some of us had our garage floors done. We have been waiting 4 years to have them come because the garage is turning almost white in some areas. Since then the same thing is happening to most of our porches. It is supposed to be warrantied and would like it repaired but it is impossible to get a response.

    I wish I had read reviews before getting them to do my back concrete. He is definitely arrogant but also disrespectful and extremely disorganized. He was supposed to start my job early spring and did it beginning of July. He never finished the job either. I had to get another company to come in and finish. His responses to my texts were unprofessional. I would never recommend this company, EVER!!!!
