    Purchased a custom watch for $329 from this company at the ******** ********** ********* craft sale.

    was told the watch would arrive before Christmas. Two weeks before Christmas they said they were running behind but hoped it would still be before Christmas. It is now almost March and they have no responded to my multiple attempts at contact.

    They have turned off all comments on social media platforms, disconnected their phone and are STILL accepting payment on their watched online.

    I purchased a watch from Bonheur Exotic Timepiece at a craft fair in Ottawa in December 2023. After being promised that it would be delivered before Christmas, we only received it in mid-January, 5 days later, the minute hand fell off. I contacted the company who initially replied saying that they would send me a new timepiece with a return envelope to return the defective watch. I never received the new watch or a return envelope. I have contacted them several times since through different platforms such as email and ********* with no responses.

    I purchased a watch from *** ***** on November 15 at the ***** ******. No communication at all was received for more than a month when a mass email was sent out indicating they were behind and there was some kind of supply problem and the watches would go out early January. Early January rolled around and nothing was happening. I started calling the number provided and never received a phone call back. I started asking for my money back and finally got a response back indicating the watch would be mailed out on Feb 1. I still have not received the watch. I requested confirmation it had been mailed out and again no response. I asked for my money back again and again no response. They have taken $300 of my money and I have not received a watch or my money back.

    On 9 Dec 2023, I purchased a watch at a Christmas Craft Fair from Bonheur Watches. I initially thought I would receive the watch immediately after paying but then "Jay" the company owner, told me his wife would contact me the following day and that I would receive my watch in plenty of time for Christmas. He took down my name and the watch I requested.

    I did not hear from his wife until 14 Dec at which time she indicated that they were getting the watches ready to send and that they would arrive in two days via expedited parcel.

    On 23 Dec I had still not heard anything further so I sent an email demanding to know what happened to my watch. I also then asked for a refund as it was unlikely that I would receive a watch before Christmas. They later sent an email, blind copy to numerous customers, apologizing and saying they could not get the watches sent in time for Christmas. They offered a discount on future purchases but did not respond to my request for a refund.

    I have now sent several follow-up emails asking for a refund as they did not deliver as promised. I have never received a reply, or a refund, nor have I received the product.

    On November 18, 2023, my wife and I visited the Telus Convention Center for the Arts and Crafts show. When we were there we went to the Bonheur or Bonheurwatch booth to look at their watches. I liked one of their watches so my wife said she was going to buy it for me for Christmas. The worker at the booth said they don't have them on hand but will make sure that we get the watch before Christmas. My wife paid the worker the full price of the watch at $299 with her credit card. I asked this worker if we would for sure get this watch before Christmas and he said that would not be a problem. Over a week ago my wife got an email from the wife of the worker we bought the watch from and they said they needed our delivery information and what watch we bought and they would send us information when the watch was in the mail coming to us for delivery. My wife emailed her back our details. We have never heard back from them since then. Over the last 4 days, I have called the number we were provided for the person we bought the watch from and it goes to voice mail. I have left two messages on this phone to call us and tell us where our watch is. I have texted this number twice as well and got no response. My wife has also emailed the only email we have for them three times and got no response. I have also sent two messages through their website about his issue and got no response. We have paid for this product in full and have no product and no contact from this company. It is Christmas Eve and we are not getting this watch before the promised date. My wife is now upset because the present she bought me has never come. Now we are wondering if these people have just taken our money and never going to give us any product, This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. We will never buy from this watch provider again. We want the item that we have paid for or we want our money back.

    I purchased a watch at the ******** ******** ********** (beautiful piece, to be fair) that had multiple features stop working within the first few hours of use. I have attempted to contact the business through their ********* page multiple times as well as through their email support line, without ever getting an acknowledgement, let alone a response. I have a metal allergy and was thrilled to find a wooden watch that fit my wrist and looked amazing, but I am quite disappointed that the watch stopped functioning properly the first time I wore it.

    I want to keep wearing the watch, but for the amount of money I paid for it, I would expect full functionality.

    we bought the watch from ******* ******** trade show a couple years ago. Found it my drawer couple of months ago and start wearing it.
    Last week it stopped working and most likely needs a new battery. I took the watch to my watch master today, and he mentioned could not replace the battery because the inside is “glued shut.
    He noticed the only way to get inside of it was to pry it open which would ruin the watch.
    we emailed them a few times ************@*****.com. no response at all from the owner/watchmaker for this bonheurwatch

    i purchased a watch for a Christmas gift late august, 10 months into owning the watch it stopped working for no reason and since June I've been messaging this company to no response
    I'm entitled to a free repair of a exchanged of watch if it cant be fixed and i wish to fix the Christmas gift i purchased
