    Purchased a custom wood housed watch from this company at an artisan show in December 2024. The watches were pre-orders, as only prototypes at the show. I was told I would be contacted by the assistant the following week by email to give a proper receipts and to get shipping details and the watch would arrive in time for Christmas. No word.
    ** ** ****** **** ******* **** ********* I too have seen this company at this same artisan show for years and considered previously a purchase but this time I did.
    I contacted by telephone-two voice messages left; then resorted to email contact. Response received claiming assistant had sent out email, no acknowledgement about delivery for Christmas. I sent shipping details.
    Form letter email sent out to all customers extolling their unexpected pre-order numbers, hyping up the uniqueness and beauty and quality of their product only to "ease" the bad news deliveries pushed between Dec 25 and Jan 10, 2024. Guess what --- no watch was sent!
    So, Jan 10 I sent another email to cancel my order and requested a refund. On Jan 30 I got a response not acknowledging the cancellation (but answering another question in that email so I know they got it). Stating they shipped it but no shipping information was ever sent and (you can guess it) NO WATCH HAS EVER BEEN RECEIVED nor a REFUND from this company.
    I don't know how I can help the next potential customers from getting caught up in this ******* *** ***** ** ******** ** ******* ******* ** *** ****** **** ** ** ***** ********* **** ** ******* ***** * **** **** ****** ** * ******** *** ****** ****** ****** **** ****** ** ** ****** ** **** **** * ****** *****

    ** ***** ****** ******** *** * ****** Purchased a watch at a Craft Show. Had seen this vendor for years ** ******* *****. Said as they are all custom watches, no longer bringing to shows. ** * ** ****** Paid for watch. No follow up. Does not answer calls or texts. Does not respond to emails. ***** **** *******  Expensive lesson.

    I left a review in February of this year indicating that replacement links for my watch were never sent to me as promised nor were any follow up emails ever answered. Apparently there is a new company owner and they did reach out to me asking if they could be of service and send the parts to me. The parts were sent to me and I am now able to wear the watch again. This is the kind of service that we should expect from business when you purchase their product. I applaud the new owner for contacting me wanting to help and fix my problem. * **** ********* ********* **** ******* ** *** ******
