    This is the letter sent to Tropicana, with no response. One of those properties is ********************* at ************************************************************************** has passed me all the photos and emails he has had with your company. He has also tried to stop to discuss this multiple times to no avail. $7000 has been paid throughout this process. Work was completed late which affected our business directly, shortening the Campers swimming season. The liner was obviously incorrectly installed, torn, patched, pattern not matched to start with. A heated pool is one of the amenities our residents look forward to but with so many issues right through the 2022 season, we have had to top up the pool on an ongoing basis. This causes the pool to be cold, many residents were therefore unable to enjoy swimming. Since there was no action on your part, it was necessary to hire a new company to completely replace the liner. This time it cost us $14,000. I would expect a full refund of the original $7000. since the work was sub par to say the least. I would expect communication from you by the end of this week. If you would like to set up an appointment to meet, I am available any time. I would like to finally have this issue resolved and see your company do the right thing by your customer.
