    Business has not fulfilled there obligations. Have not received all of the products. Will not return my calls. Product was defective due to there negligence. I asked for a refund, they are ignoring my request

    To whom it may concern, We entered into contract with the client on September 25th, 2024 to build a 21' Above Ground swimming pool. At the installation during the filling process there was a liner malfunction which was due to a warranty failure. We promptly returned to site to make an assessment and come up with a plan of rectification which happened within a few days. During the entire process we have been in regular communications with the client via email. At present the pool is fully installed and winterized and holding water, the warranty failure has been repaired and extra reinforcements were made as an additional precaution to avoid other issues.The only out standing item is the clients stairs which are on order, however the stairs she requested are a special order item and they do take longer then average time to arrive. She has been assured by email that they will be delivered to her property as soon as they come in. We will not be issuing a refund as we have fulfilled our contractual obligations to install a pool for the client.Tropicana Pools & Spas Inc.

    Hired Tropicana to install our above ground steel pool in fall of 2021 to be installed June 2022. No problem they said. Comes near June we had to call to see whats up. Nope they pushed it 2 weeks. Then another two weeks and another week then another 2. Now we are at end July. They came did a horrible job of half a pool. I left them a bad review on their ******** page. They terminated us because of that. ON ********* They lack communication skills and work ethics. After thinking through we offered to continue with the install if they communicated with us. That was asking to much. They disappeared after a bit more work now we are waiting for the plumbing which they never told us they used it in another pool. So now we wait another week. We fired them then and got Blok Pools in Pembroke to supply us with the rest that we needed. My husband finished the install. They were supposed to put cement footings around the pool charged $1000 fir it and just dumped lumps of improperly mixed cement around the pool looks horrible. Then they charged out credit card without our permission for what they thought we owed them. They kept our card on file without our permission. We wanted to discuss what we owed them and the poor workmanship but now they are ignoring us. Very shadey company I do not recommend doing business with them. Just check out their ******** page reviews. Aweful. So many people treated so badly have no idea how they stay in business and havent been sued by many people. HORRIBLE COMPANY
