    Worst company to deal with. Been calling so many time and alway get no reply. I have been lied to by the sales representative. This company need to be held accountable for their action.

    My mom was scammed by JBR Contracting in what has been a very stressful situation. She has a loan of $29,000, which she has been trying to pay off for months. Recently, she received a call from someone claiming they could come by at 6pm to help her resolve her last debt with a company. It sounded like a helpful solution, but thankfully, she called my older sister to get a second opinion. As it turned out, the whole situation was fake, and they were trying to deceive her even further.Weve realized this company may not be acting in good faith and would like to warn others to be extremely cautious when dealing with them. Please double-check any claims they make and reach out to family or trusted sources before agreeing to anything.

    If you get a call from this company hang up immediately. Call the police. Let them know that theres a phone call youre getting from unknown fraudster. They will defraud you for everything that you have. They cant do that. They will take you to court and they will finish you off there. . For construction company, they are the worst they cant even I cant even give them a one if I could give them a -20 thats what they would get they dont deserve to be on the same with any other people who are surviving from their turmoil. This company tried to defraud us of $64,000 and theyre still trying theyre trying to take us to court but I have documents to prove they tried to defraud us. They wouldve I wouldnt have stopped it. We paid them payments and then I saw the light and I cut it off immediately, so dont take the time to give to this company whatsoever. They are the worst then the worst you think we have trouble with ******* and Canada dont let them knock on your door. Trust me may *** bless you in your ventures happen to fall into their pit, *** help you and make *** *** help them because Im coming to get you . Furthermore, as you can see everyone who was visited or left a complaint or even a positive note on this effing company. They are the worst than the worst. OK even the Better Business Bureau even the Better Business Bureau will not let me leave a complaint a complaint about this company leaving one star How can you even remotely ask a person to get a star when youre so sick and the stomach of having to even leave this you are disgusting

    I read the other reviews and the some thing happened to me, They call and talk you into a deal with a heat pump and a rebait for it. then have you sign a tablet, 12 days latter get the paper work in a email and the dates, numbers and terms are all different. Never get the rebate , the pump does not work properly. JBR will not return your calls or emails because they got paid by the finance company and levee you holding the bag.

    Jbr contracting scam people, I was one of them, promised rebates on utilities, never got them, heat pump doesn't work, cold air comes out of it in middle of winter, they work with ************ in loans which has changed over to *********, all scammers, they all work together. They put liens or nosis on your home without your knowledge. They sold me a heat pump and hot water on demand system for a total of $30,250, ridiculous overpriced s*** You cannot get them to service anything. I was calling all winter for servicing, no one came, so you have to pay for stuff that doesn't work, they should be shut down.

    Well, I dont have much more to say than the 3 previous complaints. Nothing they promised has come to fruition. They said they were a contractor that helps ********* get more energy efficient heating solutions. Heat pumps. They promised a rebate from Enbridge gas..they performed the pre installation audit but did not register it with Enbridge.i called Enbridge. Then they performed a post installation audit, 3 months ago and I have yet to receive a copy, nor has Enbridge. They sold us the equipment at more than the going price and they financed it with **********************, not to be mistaken with Simply banking solutions. Complaints to simply have also not been answered. I believe this was a scam. Stay away from these guys.

    JBR Contracting did the same thing to my dad! They told him they were government representatives, and were helping homeowners get the rebate on heat pumps. They convinced him that gas prices were going up so much that he would save a lot of money by putting in a heat pump. The sales rep had everything on his cell phone which my 87-year-old father could not read. The salesman said dont worry well send you a paper copy, which they never did. The sales rep said he would get $10,000 rebate from the government within a few weeks. They did email him a document and it doesnt even state the make remodel of the heat pump. After reviewing the document for him, we discovered that he signed for $40,000 loan, no interest for the first year, ****% interest after that, amortized over 20 years. We also fear that they put a lien on his house. The sales rep talked him into getting a humidifier yet. He already had one on his furnace. My dads house is only eight years old, with an eight year old high-efficiency furnace , and an eight-year-old humidifier and air conditioner. He was totally taken advantage of. There must be a way we can start class action lawsuit against JBR contracting. Also against Fianceit. How do you give someone loan without doing a credit report, it just doesnt seem right .

    Same thing happen to me. JBR said they were with Reliance and Enbridge our gas company and they are not affiliated with them at all. Yet on JBR contract/quote same thing they made it a contract without seeing the property and stating they quote before they do the jobs all the time and that is the quote if it is a bungalow or a mansion he said same price?! What are you kidding me now they are threatening to send me to collections and again they took advantage of disabled senior citizen to the max ****** of money ********* to install attic installation. When it was only a ******* job AT **** Now I am trying to fight them but they have every excuse in the book and stated they are the Home Winter Proofing Program ... they are NOT! Attic installation at the most crazy price ever. JBR has a "F" rating with the BBB. So I need help to go to small claims court and *** them before they damage my credit rating for long,,,

    JBR just did the same thing to me! Pressured me into making the purchase for a heat pump that was waaayyy overpriced. Lied, lied and lied some more. They kept changing their stories when I called. They first advised me that a $7,100 rebate would be coming my way in about 2-3 months. I called and asked for the application number for the rebate they said would be submitted on my behalf. I was then told the rebate could take up to 24 months!! And was still not given an application number for the rebate or any further info. I'll be following up with them closely in the coming weeks and months to ensure I get the rebate as well as following up with the ************** to report them for fraud if the rebate doesn't get to me. BEWARE - SCAM. And yes, they tend to target seniors and threaten to remove the heat pump and all equipment if payment is not made. I have a feeling that their trades people are not licensed and when they say an energy auditor will be out to look over your property, they sent the installer instead. Nothing on what they still has the **** or *** stamp on it. Before I could work the issue out, he hand the heat pump installed!!! Unprofessional, unethical and not BBB accredited. Do not use
