    I've been expecting an etransfer from.BNA that's from a ****** withdrawal and It hasnt shown up even though its been 48+ hours. I've also made multiple deposit requests from ***t and those haven't shown up either

    Hi, I am out 1000 due to missing payments. I received 2 emails requesting money from BNA. This was not done as an e-transfer but as money request so this should be easily traceable. both of these are still pending with my bank that I cannot cancel for over 24 hours and my bank says they cannot reverse. Bnas phone number rings through and says there is no one available to help you. The merchant website the payments were going to say they can't help me either. In total I sent 4 500 dollar payments and only 2 were received on the other end. This needs to be fixed immediately! * ******** *** *** ******* ******* ******* *** ***** *******

    Sent an etransfer to ********* (*********@******.com) in the amount of $135.00 on 2/13 from ********* (**********@*****.com) but neglected to include the confirmation number in the message and now the transfer is lost. Hoping for a response in regards to tracing the transfer and having it deposited in the appropriate account.

    Prior to the complaint on BBB, we were in contact with this customer on Tuesday, February 14 at 8:33 PM. Our response to the customer was as follows...

    "Hi ****!

    Please be advised we have updated your $135.00 CAD transaction and you should see those funds reflected on the merchant website. If you do not, please reach out to the merchant as they will be able to update this for you.

    Thank you for your patience, and our apologies for the delay." 

     We followed up to make sure everything was settled and received no response.

    Date of transaction: December 28 2022 Service: www.******.com purchased a package to get coins for a ******* via e-transfer. Transfer status shows as "sent" however I did not receive any service and coins. I called the billing department of ****** and they said the transfer shows on their system still as "pending" it has been over 24 hours. It was $145.59 Canadian. * **** ******** *** ***** ** ** ********. I would like this amount refunded.

    Transaction to Betonline for $500 on November 5, 2022 made via Request For Money $500.00 CADFrom: BNA Smart Payment Systems Ltd. Reference #: Requester's email: *******@******.com Expires: November 6, 2022 Message: @417991 BNA Smart Payment Systems Ltd. did not transfer the transaction.
