  Mine is one of 3 complaints listed here. We took him to court, and judgment found in our favour for fraud, breach of contract and abandonment of project. I urge all you to do the same if you have a case. Take him to court, go to OPP - he won't show up, he'll make more excuses with sop stories and still default. Everyone he's taken money from deserves their money back. More charges against him. With my judgment in hand, I'm going to OPP (******) and filing criminal charges and the more cases against him that come in, the better. Again, I urge you to do the same. People like this need to have their name and company logged in as criminals - for fraud, breach of contract at minimum. Tell EVERYONE EVERYWHERE about this man and his "company". Every social media or review site you can get to... warn others. We are going after him, we could use the momentum to bring this guy to justice. From friends in the vicinity, I've learned he's not the only one who's been getting away with c*** contact me directly at cnoccedar at gmail to add your case for OPP

  This company is a mess. This contractor doesnt know what he is doing, he is a business man not a contractor. Non responsive, no communication, late pay cheques, takes deposit from customers and doesnt finish the work or doesnt show up, he yells at his workers, customers talk about him behind his back of how s***** of a person he is, he doesnt give breaks, he never has the right tools for the jobs so the workers struggle, he doesnt have a ticket or certificates or license for any of the equipment or for the contracting. The owner ****** gives out wrong timelines of how long the jobs takes, takes on too many jobs, he has been sued and he is in the process of gonna be getting sued by another customers. If you want legit honest good pricing work dont go through BuildX Builders or *************************** go on ******** and look up ******** Home Renovation you will not be let down at all.

  I dont want this response public I just want this review taken down. This review was written by the wife of a former employee Who told me she would post a review on this website of the company even though shes never been a customer or had any work done by us. I paid her husband and her two children to work with me: *********************, **** and ****. In attempt to build my business better and ensure good customer service and a safe job site I insist that nobody on the job is drunk or does drug throughout the day. I repeatedly told **** that I did not want him smoking dope during the day and he repeatedly did it. I asked him and his father not to smoke drugs on the job site and they smoked drugs in front of other contractors they were there doing work right in the front door on the front steps of the customers house.I called both of the people that were smoking drugs and told him that I was going to talk to them but no one answered the phone and in the end they all quit. They have seen many ways and now Ive written this review as well as a review.I am trying to make my business better by keeping it free of people that dont respect the customers, dont work hard and cant get through a day without drinking or doing drugs. He creates an unsafe environment and I insist on sobriety from my staff.
