    Back in January I called Sparlings to ask what the tank pick up fee (For BOTH my tanks) would be if I was to leave the company, I was quoted less than $200. Since then, once decided to leave, I was gaslit, threatened and warned that overcharges would be returned to my account, as I had been offered credits for the fact that they had been overcharging us. These credits came with no contracts or agreements. Out of resentment which was even admitted on the phone, the company has decided to overcharge me (over double) of what I was quoted for tank pick up. Tanks were totally pumped out, disconnected and ready for them. They also ignored a request for pick up multiple times and it took about 6 phone calls to have them actually listen and retrieve their tanks. I have multiple friends that have shown me their tank pick up fees within a month of when I cancelled, and it is way less. This shows deep ethical and moral breaches as well as Terrible Customer service. One of the worst companies and terrible experiences I have ever had in dealing with a fuel company. I had been with Sparlings for almost a decade and will never recommend them to anyone moving forward.

    We are not paying rental fees on tanks that they do not provide propane for we want the tanks picked up and off both of our properties ** ***** *** **** *** ** ********* **** four tanks in total. We have switched to ******** *******.

    Sparling propane supplied me with rental tanks with gauges that were non functioning gauges and no menthol in them to keep moisture out which allowed the regulator to freeze up and stop the flow of gas. Not knowing how much gas was in the tanks i Didnt know wether to order gas. We tried to order gas on a sat they even have a after hours number which u called. when they called back i was told to call the office mi day to order gas whats the point!! Anyway they have my money i dont have my gas
