    I ran out of propane 3 times.The last time I waited 3 days before they refilled.House temp was into the 50 deg range before they refilled

    Just found out this September thatvwe psid over .80 all year when others were almost half that price. When spoke to Sparlings they will not prorate our yearly rental paid if we quit and it would cost us over $400.00 for them to come and take their tanks back snd another over $200,00 to empty any remaining propane !

    This is the third time I have 600 dollar prepaid fill (60 percent of tanks) run out in 30 days I have paid 150 dollars 3 different times for emergency service to show up a week later. Ive been with sparlings for almost 15 years I am going to go to a different company now, will warn across the media to avoid Sparlings Propane.

    Stay away from this company. the staff is rude. I was auto fill but they never came or contacted me. My tank was 80 full is September but it was 0% in November. When I asked questions I was threatened by not getting propane. The bottom line is my tank was never filled in September but I was billed $500 for it. Very unprofessional staff. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SPARLINGS PROPANE.

    During the winter of 2021 they would not come and fill my tanks because the level had not dropped far enough to warrant coming out and filling them.The level was below 10%,and I was told if I ordered a fill with their emergency service,they will cone out ib48 hours.They did not come.I was told they are short staffed.I called customer service daily and was given a run around.I cancelled my service ,at a cost of 150dollars,as they came the very next day.

    Worst company to deal with. Over $300 to pick up a tank when I live 10 mins away. Compalints go unheard. Your family runs out of propane and they dont care, when you call into any office their rude and when you leave because they gave you no choice they charge over $100 more then others to get THEIR tank off your property. STAY AWAY FROM SPARLINGS
