      I am hard of hearing and was talking to this company. I thought I was getting small items of food. As I was talking to them and told them we are on a fix income . I wanted small just to try it out . But which I did not know they send freezer size food ,which i dont want . This is not what i wanted and I am hard of hearing and when I spoken to sales rep ,I could not understand the half the time but they send me a freezer size food .i phone them back and I have text back to this number ###-###-#### .Supposedly he working on this but that was three days ago . I just don't want to food and I said I would return the frozen size freezer back to them because they are in a package and still frozen. They drop it this Sunday. .* **** * ** **** *** ****** ** ******* *** *** **** **** * ******* *** . I told them we are on a fix income and we just can't afford it . * *** ** *** * *** ******* *** * **** *** ********* ** ******* . It been three days and nothing has been resolved. They did advertise about a free 50 pound bacon and never gotten that . All I want to have all that frozen food return back to them .*** *** **** ** * * ** **** ** ******* *** * ** **** ******** ******* *Thank you..

      We take every customer concern seriously and are committed to providing exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly. In this case, we have made multiple attempts to contact *** in order to address their concerns and find a suitable resolution. Since December 11th, we have taken the following actions:
      Left 6 voicemail messages.
      Sent 3 text messages.
      Sent emails will send aging today.
      Unfortunately, despite our persistent efforts, we have not received any response from *** ******. We understand the importance of open communication in resolving customer concerns and are eager to work with them to find a solution.
      Our primary goal is to ensure our customers' satisfaction, and we remain committed to addressing *** ******'s concerns promptly. We kindly request your assistance in encouraging the customer to respond to our outreach so that we can work together to reach a resolution.
      Please let us know if you require any additional information or if there are specific steps, we should take to further address this complaint. We are fully committed to resolving this matter to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

      I did filed a complaint to Nutrafarms yesterday. Though you like to know that been taken care of . That company, Nutrafarms is coming to get the frozen food . So I am in a good hands and thank you ..  *** ******
