      ** **** ** *** ******** I signed up with Nutrafarms through a representative named ******. During the call, I was pressured to make an immediate decision due to a “limited-time” offer, which included a free freezer and a year’s supply of cleaning products. I was told there were no contracts, I could cancel anytime, and if I didn’t like the meat, I could return it within 30 days.
      Despite asking for time to think, ****** was very persistent. I was misled into believing the cost would be about $96/week for all groceries, but the actual cost is over $500/month just for meat, which I cannot afford as a single parent with a limited income. I was also not informed about hidden fees, including a 15% restocking charge, and I unknowingly signed a loan agreement, thinking I would be paying by debit.
      I was told the meat was fresh, not frozen, but there are no expiry dates on the packaging. Additionally, the loan agreement I signed has no mention of a cancellation policy.
      When I explained my financial situation and the ********** information I received, customer service was unhelpful and did not acknowledge the mistakes made. They were solely focused on payment collection.
      I am requesting *** ****** ******** ******** assistance in canceling this order. I was ****** into signing something * ****** ****** and was not given proper information. I just want to cancel *** ***** ** ********** ** ******* Sincerely,

      We signed up for Nutrafarms with Jordan. We got on a **** call to discuss what Nutrafarms was/offered etc. It was very pushy, we were told the freezer deal & an entire year supply of free cleaning products was ending that weekend so we had to make a decision that day (major *** of course as it is still on).We were told there were no contracts, you can cancel at ANY time & if you were unhappy with any meat they would come and swap it out for you. ** *** * ****** ****** ***** ***** * we are unable to move ahead with our order financially. When I expressed that to them they said word for word “well this will be good for your family, you’ll need to go to the grocery store anyways so this will help”. It is no one’s business telling me what is best for my family. We apparently were not allowed to cancel. We were not told about the 15% restocking fee, we were not given correct information based upon our payments until we received the invoice which was double what we had originally spoken about.The only thing that was signed was a loan agreement which yes, is a legally binding contract but has zero information in it regarding their cancellation policy. This company’s customer service ** ********** ******* ** ************* *** ****** *** ********* ****** **** ****** they only cared about pushing our order back or making the payments smaller. Telling us “what happened, oh I thought you were excited about this” after I explained in DETAIL the exact heavy issue we were dealing with.       In June I called Nurta Farms to discuss purchasing meat from them. They indicated I could choose meat, etc. which would suit my family.
      However, prior to making up my list, they sent a driver here at 8 am who rushed into my house and filled my small freezer with 15 boxes of chicken and a few pkgs ground red meat and hamburgers.
      After that, I tried to get them to discuss the order I wanted but nothing came of it. We still have boxes and boxes of chicken breast..which we did not even order at all. I believe they are not interested in this whatsoever as there is an agenda to sell cheaper meats. No t-bone here!!!!
      If they were a conscious company they would have contacted us and rectified this problem,

      Just finished my 8th or 9th annual re-order with Nutrafarms. My rep, Jake, was amazing as always and made the process quick and easy and completely transparent about costs and quantities. The meat is high quality and delicious... you'll never eat better bacon!
