    I started a rust warranty claim ( in September 2023) with many months left on my warranty. VW ****** takes a very long time to get around to viewing their claims and in that time the warranty expired so they are denying my claim(warranty expired Dec 2023). If I had a warranty with many months left on it when I made the claim then it should be honored. The customer should not be punished for VWs extremely long processing times. My claim was started in September 2023 through a 3rd party, ******* ***** ****** ********** as that is who does the claim work. Pictures were taken and sent to VW Barrie *** **** ** *********** ** **** **** ** ** ******* This is a breach of my warranty agreement. the expiration of my warranty should not invalidate my claim if the issue arose during the warranty period and that the delay was caused by VW and not me in any event.

    Bought a Car December 2022,
    Supposed to pick it up Dec 23rd, 2022 not ready waiting for parts
    next pick up date was Dec 30th, 2022 not ready parts came in they did not do the work
    next pick up date was Jan 4th, 2022 car still not ready work that was supposed to already been done hasn't
    Was than given my deposit back, and offered a $250 pre paid ****. Was told for the inconvenience
    Gave me loaner car on Jan 6th, 2022 told me mine would be ready by tuesday Jan 10th
    Started texting me on Jan 9th to bring loaner back it was now sold
    Found out Car was funded at the bank already, and Jan 13th, 2023 on a Bi-weekly term Which means paperwork was submitted Dec 30th.
    They than want to change the trade value (Lower) because trade in broke down.
    Brought the Loaner back on Jan 16th and finally got my car
    I left an honest review of the dealership of my Dealing with Jesse (GM), Michael  (Used Sales Manager), Keane (Salesman), Andrea  (Finance, Amazing to deal with)
    I got a response from the dealership to contact Jesse
    I did he stated that the $500 is now payable unless I remove the review and the $250 is now off the table. Plus if I don't pay the $500 they are going to Lien the car
