      The product is good but the customer service is non existent. I was sent the wrong blanket and have remailed repeatedly to no avail. The phone number listed on the wesite does not exist. Looks like I am stuck with a blanket I cannot use.

      I didn’t realize these blankets only come in one size - smaller than a twin so sharing with your spouse let alone having enough to cover yourself is not an option. Nothing on the website says this. The blanket took much longer to be delivered than promised. There was no hassle getting return info however I had to pay the return shipping which due to the weight of it, was over $42 ************* * ***** *** ********* ********** ******* ************

      I ordered this blanket in mid December and have not received it yet. I have emails into them but have not received a satisfactory reply. I wish I had checked this web site first before ordering as I would not have ordered it. I will never order online again unless it is a very reputable company.. These people ruin it for other small companies who wish to have an on line business.

      ** *** ****** All of what you read below is accurate. Their customer service is atrocious! There phone number is out of service. I still haven't received my order that I purchased over 2months ago. I began asking for a refund 3 weeks ago and they just don't respond. Absolutely horrible. **** * ***** **** ***** ******
