      I've had to tell my suppliers to not ship with Canpar. It's easier getting ahold of people at Revenue Canada then it is to speak to someone at Canpar. After being on hold for three hours I then waited another two hours on the online support chat. Guess what the answer was when someone finally answered the chat? "This is ******, you have to call Canpar" why *** **** is the link for chat support on the canpar website going to ****** chat?!?!? Deliveries late more often then not, I currently have a parcel that hasn't even left the originating province in 11 days. Not the first time this has happened. I'll find new suppliers for my business before I ever ship with this company again.

      Only company that has ever had difficulties delivering to my address. Multiple times they have said no one is home. I have been home all day on each of the attempted days. I even left my phone number and buzzer number downstairs, and still nothing. There was a notice left on the first attempt, but no info on the notice or online about if my package will be available for pickup. It takes 2 hours to reach someone on chat, and then they do nothing to help and end the chat. I just want my package!! This was a reward from ********, and I will be doing everything I can to encourage ******** to no longer ship with Canpar. I will be filing a complaint on here as well.

      ***** ******** ******* ****** They were used to ship an item from Ontario to BC. It's sat in Prince George for 10 days which is 3 hours away from where I live, then it was miss sorted in Prince George and sent to Dawson Creek BC which is an hour away from Chetwynd which was its destination. So it went right through here to be held in Dawson Creek for another two days. In total my package took almost 3 weeks to get here. It says it's in town now for delivery by the end of day but we will see if it actually gets here today or not. I'll never buy anything from that company again if they're using canpar to ship it.

      Will leave a "sorry we missed you tag" 2 days after the fact of an "attempted delivery". If you live in anything other than a house you are screwed... horrible customer service as well. **** *** ****

      Hands down the worst carrier in the universe. I will never shop with a retailer that uses this carrier My order has been out for delivery for four days. They have the worst customer service ever. Still no order. Nobody can tell me where it is.

      It seems like this is the same as all the reviews!! Why are companies using them when there is all this trouble with delivery! They are the delivery service for another company and they said it was shipped on Oct 17. Canpar tracking system said it was in Transit as of Oct 17 but have never updated that and it’s Oct 28 and I still haven’t received it! They are impossible to reach and when I finally got a live person on chat she tells me they have to put a trace on it…..it’s a mattress so really like once it’s shipped it should be delivered. ****** *** **** ** ******* ** ****** ***** ** ** *** ******* **** ******* ** *** ****** *** **** **** **** ** ********* **********

      Worst delivery service out there. None of my past deliveries arrived on time. Some were out for delivery repeatedly for a couple of days but got a "delivery not attempted" note each time. The current one is sitting in their depot for 3 days which is 20 minutes away from me and it doesn't seem like I'll get it anytime soon. Even talking to customer service, who assured me it would be out for delivery this day, didn't help. I get a lot of deliveries form Kickstarter campaigns and I wish those companies form abroad would not use Canpar as their delivery partner. I guess I'll have to start notifying them.

      *** ***** **** ***** ***** **** **** ** ************* ***** *** ******* ********* ****** *** **** *****. Along with the others the delivery driver did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door and I'd specifically worked from home to receive this package. I was just left with the slip on the door once I refreshed my app and it said cosignee not home which wasn't true as I was nearby the door working from home. I called and tried the chat and after 40 minutes then got somebody on the phone *** *** ********* **** ** ** basically making me feel like I lied and missed the door and that their policy is to pick it up or pay money to have it re-delivered in which case it might happen again where they pretend to deliver it. Seems like a money grab to me *** ********** *****, this needs to be looked into. I then asked the **** lady on the phone to escalate it upwards and as you would imagine she ****** **** **** telling me that the supervisors have their jobs to do and speaking to me was not part of it. I left my name and number and still have not heard back because I'm assuming she tossed in the garbage. I have yet to pick up the package since I do not have a car and it is much too big for me to take it on the bus and they said they will be sending it back in 5 days or I have to pay storage fees. * **** **** **** ******* ** **** *********** *** **** *** **** **** ******** *** ***** **** *** ****** ***** ** ********** ***** *** **** ******** *** **** ** ******* **** *** *** *** ******** ***** ******** ****** **. I will never buy from anyone using this delivery company again as I feel taken advantage of, but I'd like to spread the word for anybody they make feel like they are lying when they really did not attempt to deliver.

      Package was supposed to be delivered today by 8pm. Waited all day and it didn’t arrive. Tried to phone but told they were closed. Why do people still send with this horrible company?!

      Waiting for a week for a package to arrive from Calgary to Vancouver. No human contact on robot. **** **** **** **** ******* ** *** **** *** ******* ** ****** ** ****. As an owner of my company I have made sure my logistics department has removed these guys from our call list…
