      ****** ** *** ***** ******** ******* * When they say they tried to deliver your item and no such address ( house has been here for over 20 years no other shipping company has problem finding our house). Then try to phone them ( they don't have phones because they don't want employees to be distracted ) Then you call head office all you get is customer service who pretend to help you. Customer service will not let you speak to anyone else in the company they don't have a phone remember. So you won't get your item and its not returned to sender and because it not returned you won't get your money back $ 1000.00.

      ***** ******** My package was set to be delivered on Dec. 23, and has been sitting for 2.5 weeks with no update. I've called 3 times (waiting over 40 mins on hold each time). -The first call the woman **** ** ** saying she would put in a request to give me an update on my delivery. A later rep confirmed this note was never added. -The second call, the woman **** ** ** saying that her records said it would be delivered tomorrow. It wasn't delivered, nor was the tracking ever updated. -The third call, the man confirmed that the first 2 reps had given me incorrect information. He again said he would put in a request so I could pick it up at the shipping facility in my hometown, and that they would call me when it was ready to be picked up. It has now been 3 business days with no response. Now their phone line is disconnected, so I can't get through to anyone. What is going on with this company??

      ***** ******** ******* *********** I do not understand why they still have a license to operate as they violate their own "terms of service" with every so-called delivery. They do not follow instructions, they will NOT ring your buzzer if you live in an apartment. They will not leave a parcel at your door, even if instructed to do so. They will leave a "sorry we missed you" notice so that you can go and pick up your parcel yourself, if it even arrives at the pickup location. And this, dear reader, is what you are paying for! **** ******** * *** ** ****** *** ****** **** *** **************** **** ** ******* ** *********** *** **

      CanPar is one of the worst delivery companies to deal with at every level. I do mostly receiving rather than shipping and CanPar is on the podium for the worst delivery companies with ***, and ******. Coincidentally they all seem to share the same warehouse and drivers here in my city. CanPar does things like: Drive around with your packages on board their truck and marked "Out for delivery" for several days at times; You can check tracking on a shipment for days and see that it is sitting in a sorting facility for up to a week. I have ordered things shipped CanPar up to a week before something shipped ***, *********, or ****** **** and and the others will arrive before the CanPar shipment. Try getting through to a human at their customer service too.... Hahahaha

      Left instructions to phone me upon delivery as I am not connected to the intercom. They did not. After calling and FINALLY, after a very long wait, speaking with a Canpar customer service rep, I asked again to be called upon delivery as they were going to make another attempt the next day. Instead, the driver decided to leave the parcel at the station for me to pick up. (Incidentally, the "open until 8pm" station, which I called beforehand to confirm the time, decided to close an hour early, so I wasted a trip. Perfectly reflecting my Canpar experience.)

      Constant problems with rural delivery. Missort package messages. Cannot get through on phone (2 hour wait) or chat (3 hour wait). Does anyone work there?

      worst company. the warehouse was 30 min. drive from were i live could not deliver because of weather. huh? seem they cant drive in a little rain .then i check the tracking a little later and my parcel went right back from its original departing point. its not the first time this happens. i wish something could be donne . they take our money but when they dont deliver they find all sort of exuses. they should have a fine.

      Yes, the reviews are right. CanPar is the worst. Why ******* ****** would use this **** service is beyond me. I ordered a package on Thursday, November 24th, 2022. I received confirmation that the package has shipped and that it would be delivered Tuesday, Nov. 29th, 2022. The day came and went and no package. Whatever. Fast forward a few days and the tracking system continues to say that the package is out for delivery. It's obviously not. My husband is home with the kids. Nobody comes. Try getting a hold of this company is impossible - I've waited on chat TWICE now (going on three times) for two-plus hours only to be "disconnected." Can't call them because they don't answer. I received a notification that on December 5th there was a "non-attempt" to deliver the package. *** **** **** ***** It's December 6th and still no package. Still no communication. I'll never order from ******* -or any other business - again if they use CanPar.

      ** ** ***** **** * ******** **** ****** ** *****. We cannot get a hold of this company to see why they are holding our parcel. Even the ****** customer service cannot reach them. Their chat line does not answer, the phone number provided for Kamloops is out of service as are all the numbers on their website. **** ******* ** * *****
