      Horrendous customer service. When informed that they were trying to deliver to the wrong address I was basically told that they ha d made an attempt and now it was on me to pay again or pick it up.       I originally placed an order that unfortunately shipped through CanPar. The item, a brand new TV came completely broken as if it had been crushed by another heavy box. The retailer was quick to react and sent me a new one unfortunately using CanPar again and was told i would expect delivery Monday. I take the day off work ** ***** ** ****** **** *** **** *** *** ** and no delivery. No scans. Nothing. I called and spoke to several customer service reps who assured me i would have my product by today. 2PM and i got a "Bad location" notification stating that the address i gave apparently doesn't exist. Anyway, customer service has been non existant *** ** ***** ****, *** **** ******* *** **** ******** **** they disconnect the chat and threaten to send your product back to the seller. ******** **** ******* ** ********** ******* *** ******* *** * **** **** *****

      *** *** **** ******* ** ** ******** **** **** **** *** ******* *** **** ******** ******* * Why can't the authorities protect us consumers ? I had a package picked up on the 22nd and it was supposed to be delivered on the the same day but until today it is not delivered. I called and 3 hours of no answer. Then I called the billing department they answered immediately. Finally, I was able to get thru tot he righ department because I threatened a law suit, which I would have done due to the nature of this documents they picked up. Finally I was able to speak with a Caroline and asked when it will be delivered. She tells me they don't have a guaranteed date for delivery. I asked her will it take years and she said there is a possibility. A I hearing this right ? A company to have this kid of attirude and arrogance ? This is a legal document and it is time sensitive and they don't seem to care. How can this kind of a business exist ? I am in total shock never ever encountered such behaviour from a company in any part of the world let alone in North America. **********

      Same as everyone else. Worst service ever. Didn't bother to knock, and I was home, then ask me to go and pick up my package. To have it delivered (something I already paid for), I have to pay again. I was hung up on by Customer Service and my live chat ended without any resolution. I will be calling the company I ordered from and telling them I will no longer buy from them if they continue to use CanPar.

      ** *** **** Terrible delivery, **** ***** customer service. Long hold times with 30 second loop. Delivered package when I was not home and learned that they only make one attempt at delivery; onus is on you to pick up package from local delivery spot.

      ** **** * *** **** ******** **** ****** * ****** Customer service is the worst, I repeated 10x my email and still the lady cannot hear me saying I talk too low, but when I started speaking louder she says I’m screaming at her. **** ****** Unit number ** but instead they delivered to unit ****, simple numbers you cannot comprehend. What a Lazy delivery person! Change your name to Canpar super slow service instead of express! I’m expecting my delivery since Thursday!

      Not reliable. II have had several calls to get my parcel delivered and receiving different stories from all agents I’ve spoken to. I still have not received my parcel. I don’t trust them and would never use them again.

      Terrible, absolutely terrible service. Waited all day on delivery day, nope, no delivery. Tried to call, nope, no answer. Now a day later I finally reached a customer rep, no definitive answer on expected delivery.       I'm not impressed. I provided my correct address and postal code, and the vendor in turn provided these to Canpar. But Canpar got the postal code wrong. The driver clearly just looks at the postal code and couldn't find my street address at that postal code. Did he take the initiative to look up the address and find that the real postal code is one digit off? Of course not - he said "address doesn't exist". Then began the ordeal of trying to speak to someone at Canpar -- it's not even an option by phone, LITERALLY NO OPTION to speak to someone. You have to use chat...and wait...and wait...and wait for a live agent to respond. When someone finally did respond, they corrected the error, but did they promise to get the package (already 2 days later than originally promised) to me asap? Of course not...they said it would be an extra couple of days due to the "wrong address"...as though it were my error and not theirs. Oh yes, and no apology. ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
