      This company simply won't deliver the package to my address. **** *** ******** ** **** **** **** its out for delivery then at the end of the day enter some code like "no access" or "bad address" then *** about trying to contact you about it. I have a normal address, Its paved the whole way and completely accessable. You can **** ****** ** *** find directions. There are no gates. they accept the business to deliver a package then simply don't deliver it.

      This carrier has had my package (tracking # ***************) since January 9th. It was out for delivery Jan 10th, then delayed every day until Jan 12th, after which it has marked as delayed and no further update. We are now the 22nd, and every time I have contacted them, I'm given non-answers, being told to come back later. My package has now been in their hands for 12 days, for something that should've taken 1-2 days max. This was shipped from Toronto* **** *** ******** ****** **** ***** ** * ****** ******* I've contacted the sender of my package, and they're not able to get answers from the carrier either. I don't know if my package is delayed, lost, or will ever make it to me. *** **** ** ************ *** ******* ** *************

      TForce was selected as the carrier for an item purchased by a 3rd party retailer. TForce has not attempted to deliver my package even 1 time. TForce updated the status on 1/3 writing “bad address.” Then on 1/4, the status said “bad address.” On 1/5 it said out for “delivery by 8 PM.” On 1/6, both the 1/3 & 1/5 tracking statuses were deleted. I had been inquiring with TForce since 1/3 to get the package, but never heard a response. On 1/10, I received a email response that they returned the package back to the sender. The TForce tracking status does not reflect this so the retailer is refusing to refund me because they say it looks like the package is still being delivered. TForce policy is to attempt 3 times to deliver, which never happened. They are deleting tracking statuses. ***** about “bad addresses.” Not attempting deliveries. Not responding to customers. This company’s priority is not delivering packages. **** *** ******** ******** *******

      I ordered an item online from *******, to be delivered to my apartment address. The product was not delivered to my address. Upon investigation TForce delivered package to the wrong address (based on photo of delivery), this address is different than my address and the address on the order. TForce informed the driver, the driver tried to retrieve the package and the package is missing. I have contacted ******* and they will not assist, accommodate or do anything. TF was contacted again and I was informed to contact *******, a lot of back and forth and no action and resolve. I as the customer have no control over what shipping company ******* chooses to work with. No option for insurance either for products ordered* ******** ********** ***** ******* *** What is a customer to do? I have filed a dispute with **** to get this transaction cancelled as product was not delivered. Waiting for a reply. ****** ********* ** ****** ** ***** **** *** ****

      The company was supposed to deliver my package to my address which is **** ***** *******; they delivered the package to the address ****, they sent me the proof of delivery with obviously the wrong address on it. I spent hours on the phone, got to speak to a certain Pat who’s supposedly the manager, couldn’t assist me with my issue. My problem is not with the sender, it’s with the logistic company who sent the package to the wrong address (btw I went there they say the package is not at their home - I believe they stole the package) . I do not want to speak with the sender, my problem is with the courrier company who didn’t know how deliver a package, not with the sender who did everything right, except doing business with a company whose drivers can’t read a house number correctly.

      Tforce delivered my package to the wrong address as proven by the photo they attached to the email they sent me when I inquired about my package. They are now telling me to ask the store I bought it from for a refund when the mistake is completely their fault. Why are they now making this my problem when they are the ones who made the mistake? I doubt the company I bought from will refund my money for a mistake that another company has made.

      I ordered over $2,500 worth of doors that were never delivered. The tracking number shows they were delivered but as of today 2/21/2023, I cannot get any information where the doors were delivered because they were not delivered to my house. Repeated calls are met with a "supervisor" telling me they are the last point of contact and they need more time - yet no one can tell me where this was delivered, when, date, time, proof, picture, nothing except they need more time. **** ** *************  The original source, **** *****, is being told they were delivered by this company but nothing further except they need more time. I want my doors or a refund asap.       A Tforce ******** *** ****** ****** ** ******* ** **** **** **** *** ********** *** are refusing to compensate me for it or communicate further. I have proof as I was sent an image of the wrong address in the proof of delivery, 24 hours later a different customer service rep advises me that the package was delivered, with no further information or explanation of the previous email and have ignored all communications since. I asked them to simply either: a) locate my package or b) compensate me for the delivery of my package to the wrong address - again, the proof of this mistake on their part was emailed to me initially. - ******** *********************** sent me proof of the error on Feb 14, 2023, 2:38 p.m EST. - The next email was from ******************** who tried to pretend the previous email wasn't sent and claimed it was actually suddenly delivered to the right address, despite the image. - ******** ***** *********** ********* ** ** ******** **** **** ******** *** ********* ** ** ******* ** ** ***** *** ********* * **** **** ********* * **** the image attached as 'proof' of delivery is NOT of my address or any addresses nearby.

      This business has ********* failed to deliver my package for the last 4 weeks. The specific office responsible for the problem is is Calgary and is their local Tforce Final Mile office. Since the 28th of December, their system has been claiming over and over again that the package is expected by a certain time on a certain date. That time will come and go with no attempt whatsoever to contact me through the call box in the complex or my personal number (both if which have been provided numerous times).
