      I ordered a fireplace from ********* that was to be delivered by Tforce on 12/19. The tracking said it was delivered to my address on 12/13, it was not. I reached out to **** ***** who attempted to get answers and was unable to locate the package. They graciously offered to ship another at their expense. This was ordered on 12/23, the tracking said delivery was to be expected on 1/20. I checked the tracking yesterday and it says delivered to me (again nothing) on 1/2. I have not received any package! They cannot tell me when I called if THEY delivered or were transferring to another courier for delivery, they will "call me back with an update" they never followed up after they lost the first package. So at this point this company has lost TWO 167 lb fireplaces and cannot tell me any information. **** *** *** ****** ******** ******* ** **** ****

      I ordered a package that was being shipped through Tforce. The tracking information said my item was delivered to the mailroom in my apartment building on December 20, 2022, but there was no sign of the item. Neither the concierge nor security staff ever received the item, and our building is secured so any delivery person must buzz in to hand the package off to staff. They have the correct shipping address on file, so it was not a mistake in address. When I called Tforce to inquire further, I received very little help. I was hung up on once by an employee who said they were too busy to deal with my complaint. I had 3 other employees tell me that they would get back to me in 48 hours. One employee told me she would send me photographic proof of delivery to my email, but the email never came. The same thing happened with another employee. Finally, for the third employee I called, I insisted to remain on the phone until the photograph came. When it came, the photo of my "mailroom" was a blurry photo of the concrete (a photo of nothing, no package), NOT outside of my building. There is no proof of delivery. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and all three employees refused to transfer me to anybody else. They told me they referred the matter for an internal investigation, so I asked if I could speak with the people responsible for that. They told me that they have no contact with that team and are not able to give out their information* ******* ** ** ******* ***** ** ** ************* ***** * **** **** ******* ********** ****** ** **** ***** ********* ********* *** * ******* **** **** ******** ** * ******* *** ***** and I would like the business to locate my package and deliver it.

      On December 8,2022 at 12:43 PM The delivery driver left my package carelessly in the lobby of my apartment building and it was stolen. My building has a secure parcel room. It was not delivered there. My apartment number was on the package because my ******* **** delivery address shows my apartment number. This driver does not include it in the picture he sent. He didn’t take it to my apartment. He also took a picture of the package sitting on top of a counter above a garbage bin and said “left in mailbox”. The picture that he took clearly showed that *** ****** **** *** the package was not left in a mailbox. **** ** *** ***** **** *********** ******* **** ** ** *** **** ** *** ******* *** ********** The sender refused to refund so I have to suffer the loss. **** ******* ** *********** *** ********** *** **** *** **** *** ********* ************ * ***** ***** ** ******** **** ***** **** **** ********** ** ******** ******* *** *** ****** ** *** ****** ** *** *** **** ******* **** ****** **** *** **** ****** ******* ********** TForce needs to accept accountability and reimburse me for the package **** ***** ****** ****** ** ** *******

      I ordered an item online, to be delivered to my apartment address. The product was not delivered to my address. Upon investigation TForce delivered it to the building nextdoor (based on photo of delivery), this address is different than my address and the address on the order. TForce is refusing to refund my purchase. I have spent over a week trying to get my product or a refund *** **** **** ***** *** *** ******* They admit to coming back to the delivery location and attempting to find the product but were successful.       **** ******* ** ** ************ Told me they would let me know about the update on my package and call me and would not be able to deliver it that day And then 40min later they attempted to deliver it without telling me and then I call them and they say we only do one attempt at re delivery and then I’m like you guys didn’t even tell me or updated me on my package how does it make sense that I don’t get my package due to a miscommunication from your office.

      Company stated item was delivered to front door. Was never delivered contacted company. They sent a picture of apparently proof of delivery. The picture is pretty dark and is definitely not of a house. It looks like the inside of a car. So they did not deliver. Nor do they **** ** look into the issue and resolve and find where my package has gone.

      Tforce has lost my package and has not attempted to reimburse me. I have been inquiring since September 19th. They have sent a letter confirming they have cancelled any delivery of my package and the seller will not reimburse me.

      * **** **** ***** ** **** ******** They messed my adress up multiple times i told correct adress first time I called and wrote verbally and written request plus note on my door, the driver is rude refused to deliver m,y package at my house said it was too heavy when simply could have taken it appart on the skid deliverd individually. he dumped it off infront of the wrong house beside the garbage bin in plain sight. my neighbour called me sent me a photo, i get off work at 11pm I paid $3500 for this, It is no where to be seen. I have request for signature tracking did not sign off on any paper work. and reuest for alternative family memebr to sign off on it, I have cameras instally my house and nothing was delivered. I called the dispatch **** *** ** **** ** **** ******* *** *********. They are same like ****** drivers they dropp off any where thats convient for them for they can make the next delivery and do not care afterwards what happens to your package if it gets stolen and leave pretend nothing has happened. **** ****** no apologize or refund. still have not receivedd my package

      I bought 4 items from **** that were shipped through TForce Logistics. On Friday (6/24/22) I received a notification that my package was delivered (TForce logistics reference number: **********) . It stated that it was left in the mailroom. Upon my arrival to the mailroom in my building, there was no package to be found. I called customer service and they provided me with proof of delivery photo showing that it was left in the mailroom. In all honesty * ******* **** ****** ********* **** * ***** ** ** ******* *** **** ***** *** I went to the mailroom as soon as I got the notification, and did not see any package. I really just want my order that cost $123.60 to be delivered. The customer service lady told me that they would be "investigating it", however I truly believe I was told that just so they can get me off the phone. ******** ******* ******** ***** *** ** **** ******** ** * ****** **** ****** ******** ** ******** ** **** ******* *** ** ***** This is truly unacceptable from any company. I want my **** package delivered.
