      We shopped at Shoppers Drug Mart, located at 7205 Goreway Drive, Mississauga, Ontario L4T 2T9.
      Assistant manager, supervisor Mr. *** ************ ******* ***** **************** ***** * ******* ***** ******* *********** falsely accused us of shoplifting, ******* *** ***** ******** ** ******* ********* ********** ****** ** ******* *** ****** ********* *** ****** *** ********** ****** ** ********* demanding to photograph our driver's license, before allowing us to shop in the store.
      When we politely replied that we are not legally required to permit him to photograph our driver's license for shopping as a store customer, ** ********** ** **** ** ********* He publicly shouted at us: ******** ******* *********** *** *** ** ** ******** ** **** ** ******* * 
      He refused to provide us the business card for the store owner, and contact information for Customer- service for head office of Shoppers Drug Mart.

      Poor customer service because customer ********* ******* ****** ** *****
      I purchased a bottle of *** * ** **** Parfum on Monday Sept 16 2024 from them.
      ****** *** ***** ***** *** **** ** **** ** * *** ********* **** there was 1 in stock at the location, the only issue was the box was dented. I opened the box right after purchase infront of the staff member on camera! to make sure the product was okay. They didn't bother to tell me at that time since I opened it that there are no returns.
      I returned home to find my wife had surprised me and purchased me the same one so I said I would take it back. ************* ***** * **** * *** * ****** **** ** *********** ** *** ** ****** ** ****l 4 days later the Friday Sept 20. I called in and was transferred incorrectly 3 times before I was told by their cosmetic manager they don't accept returns for ***, I even told them I would like to make another purchase.

They told me the same thing, didn't offer any type of compensation then transferred me to a disconnected line for *** and provided an email to contact....

      Regularly have issues with their points program and when I write to have it resolved, I get a lot of run around. The customer service representatives have great difficulty in processing the information and facts accurately. They will ask to see receipts and proof of the offers weeks after they have ended and then when given those things will just write back and reject your claim to points with no explanation. I have to write 2,3, or even 4 times before they will give me the points they owe me. Forgive me, but if you say you get 1000 points if I buy item x and then I buy item x, I should get the points. It seems highly ******* for them to just refuse to give out points that they clearly promised to deliver upon purchase. They recently had a redemption event where you get $80 off with 70,000 points. I purchased $110 and used 100,000 points which only took off $100. It should have only taken 90,000 points to take off $100. When I wrote to get back my $10 in points I waited 2.5 weeks for a response and they told me a redemption event doesn’t mean I get points back! They claimed I had received $110 off with 100,000 points even though the transaction on my points card clearly shows it took off $100 for 100,000 points with the rest being on my credit card. This is just completely unacceptable *** ** ***** ** ****** **** *** **** ****** ** **** ** **** ** *** ***** **** ****** *** ******* ****** ** ***** ******* That’s a lot of money. It’s one thing for the computer system to not work properly, but for me to write for points and still not receive them ***** ****** ********** ** ***** *****

      **** ****** ***** Loblaw has not allowed No Frills, Shoppers or Independent to order enough product to cover the demand that selling Dare cookies @1.88 for the month of August would create. Why would you have such a sale knowing you could never honour the demand?

      Today, I want to share an incredibly frustrating experience I had with Loblaws’ PC Express delivery service. ** ****** *********** ***** ***** ***** ****** *** ********* Without any prior warning or justification, Loblaws PC Express canceled our order. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it completely upended our plans. We had meticulously arranged for the groceries to be delivered to our boat, coordinating several moving parts to ensure everything would go smoothly. Loblaws’ abrupt cancellation threw all of these plans into disarray.
      *** ******* ** ***** *********** The sudden cancellation left us scrambling. With no time to make alternative arrangements, our entire day was wasted.
      ** Lack of Communication: The most *********** part was the lack of explanation. We were left in the dark, with no understanding of why our order was canceled.
      ** ******** ******* ******** This experience highlighted a significant failure in Loblaws’ customer service. When we needed support, they were nowhere to be found.

      They won't let me cancel my PC optimum awards membership. I've requested through the app 3 times and have requested on the phone with a rep and they keep delaying and telling me the next person will cancel it.       I went to this store and the lady*********** at the make up section was really looking out for me. I am a very picky shopper when it comes to shopping for make up, and I was looking for a lip oil. So I was going back and forth to pick the one I liked best. But the lady was following me around and then she called security. The security really followed me everywhere and was staring at me uncomfortable.Since that visit, every time I go to that store, they call security the moment that I walk in. They barely even greet me like they use to. The security just follows me everywhere. I sometimes walk back and forth on purpose and he literally tails me everywhere. Thats how I know that he is following me. When I pay, the security walks faster to come closer to me. Then when I pay, he backs away. I want to say that it feels like customer racial profiling since I am brown. When I approached an employee, they just smiled and said sorry. It feels uncomfortable going to that store. I live 5 minutes away from that store and I have been going there for more than 10 years. This just recently started happening. Today, I had enough. When I was leaving to my car, the security came by the window and stood there and just stared at me. It was extremely uncomfortable.       Terrible customer service. Long lines, no cashiers. Manager doesn’t seem to care. Pharmacy is even worse than the main part of the store.
      2 other shoppers not far from this one. I will use one of them in the future.
      Wouldn’t recommend stopping here.
