      Both my wife and I have waited on hold for over 40 minutes on numerous occasions - and then hung up on - this is for the West Henday Promenade location ** ****** ****** in Edmonton (******* Pharmcacy Inc.)
      I* *** ******** ** **** *** ********* **** * **** *** **** ************** *** realized her asthma medication had no refills. After calling in and waiting on hold for 30 minutes - and the getting hung up on she called back. She waited on hold for over 40 minutes before speaking with someone. At that time they said that that medication was not able to be prescribed by the pharmacist and she would have to book an appt with her doctor or go to a walk-in clinic. That medication was specifically listed as a medication that pharmacists are able to prescribe. I drove to the pharmacy to speak in person and they advised they could in fact fill it. Then had to come back later once filled. **** *** ****** ************ ** ******** ** * *********** ** ***** Is I type this I am coming up on 30 minutes on hold for a prescription refill. This is after I was already on hold for over 15 minutes and then hung up on.

      ON THE 31ST OF DECEMBER I PLACED A GROCERY ORDER PREAUTHORISE WAS DONE FOR $209.05 I added to my order and another amount was held for $219 my order cost $176.?A refund was given for the $219, but now it is the 9th f January and my $209 has not been refunded, i have called 2 times first time i was asked to wait 5 to 7 days, i called again today and spoke to VIVIAN who tells me to wait 10 days.?How can they keep my money indefinitely, * ** * ****** *** ***** *** ****** **** *** *** **** **.?I am thoroughly disappointed with them,?******* ****** ** ***** **** ** ************ **** **** ***** ************* *** **** *** ***** ******* ***** ** *** ** *****

      I had surgery the beginning of October and right after surgery at the hospital I went to shoppers drug mart to pick up my prescription which I was to take in a couple of hours. ** ** ****** ***** ** ** *** ** ************ I arrived home ready to take my prescription soon which I put the pills in my hand and realized they didnt look right so I look at the bottle and it says ******** *****, and it was heart medication that I almost took. So I called shoppers immediately to ask them to have my proper prescription delivered as I couldn't drive after having surgery No apology or anything,and they told me the driver has other deliveries so whenever he gets back well send him. I told her with desperation I just had surgery and need to take these pills within the hour, I just had surgery I got a ride to your store right after surgery to get my prescription and you gave me someone elses prescription ***** *** *** *** ** * **** ** *** ***** **** *** ****** **** ** ** ****** *** I had to argue back and forth for her to finally agree to deliver it. Now almost two months later the owner at the shoppers has told head office that I never got the wrong prescription and I have made this up, and refuses to admit they ******* up and make it right. * **** **** ******* **** * ******** ** **** ****** asking me for proof, luckily i didnt text a friend a picture of the wrong prescription which I now have sent to head office awaiting something to be done. The way I have been treated accused of making this all up ** ********** and the fact it been almost two months and the store refuses to contact me or do anything and head office is no better as it took them a month to call back and when they did told me they cannot take my side as the owner of the store said it didnt happen so I have to show proof, **** * *** ******** ** **** *** *** ** ******* ******** **** **** ***** ***** ** **** ****** ** ** ****** ** *** * ** *** *********

      Shoppers drug mart recently had a spend $75 and get a $20 gift card, I didn't receive this card even though i qualified. I had checked out at self service. Emailed for assistance as I am not certain how it works ** ** ********* *** no assistance was offered. **** *******

      There is no price match in this location and I was told by the manager that every superstore has its own pricing, than what is the use for the flyer because it should be same for every store's, and I sawed them the ********** store flyer and there said there can't match with them too.
      Where is the price match guarantee.

      This is for the tumbler ridge freshmart location I went in 4 weeks ago to buy a 4kg box of chicken for 46.99$ only for the price to jump to 85.99$ completely unaffordable and absurd but my reason for my complaint is the store owner had used fowl language towards us online when we posted it online and I have proof as well cause I screenshotted it I tried to get ahold of the better business bureau to get an apology from the store owner only for them to tell me that they would not be able to help me with my situation when it is available in their criteria that an apology can be asked for I think that the way that it was handled was extremely unprofessional and I don't feel as I was treated fairly.

      Shelves are always empty and they say they don't sell to vendors. Then you watch the vendors clean off the shelves and they tell the customers we can't order more. Then after complaining to head office about how badly stocked the shelves are and can never get anything they permanently banned me ****** **** ******* ** ***** ** *********** **** ** **********

      I'm a lady who uses a walker
      Lads than 2week after the sofa stream issue. I again attempted to shop I bought almost $400 in grocers cleaning products.and gift cards..
      The young man serving was.very pleasant
      I also bought 2 gift card's one for $25 for ****** ***** and $15 **** ****** 
      One for a birthday one just as a thank you
      I got home and.realised I didint have and called.the store immead was told by a manager to come up for the.
      I went got the cards no problem and did ask.the person were.they.activated
      Was told.by young lady.she had now way.knowing 2.more
      taxis got home have the little time card to friend to say thanks only when she went.to use it
      IT WAS NOT ACCTIVATED
      PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD OVER PHONE I HAD TO ACTIVATE THEM
      BY CALLING THE NUMBER ON CARDS SO AGAIN 2 more taxies.plus the time I spent.trying to correct
      All good.now.Except those Two gift card's. Ended up costing so much money.
      Honestly im. Dreading my.next visit. To Loblaws

      **** cashier was so focused on upselling us on their ****** deal of the day item she neglected to ask us if we had an PC Optimum card to swipe. We noticed we didn't have points when we got to the car so my wife went back inside to get them to put them on her card. The customer service clerk said she couldn't do it there , that my wife would have to go through the whole bill to see how many points we were ******* out ** and phone pc optimum center. We did and the lady on the other end said we are **** out of luck. * ***** ** **** ** ** ****** *** *** *** ********** *** ***** ******* Superstore you screwed up big time. We normally spend over $600 every 2 weeks. Now our business is going elsewhere. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

      I recently learned that Loblaws is backing out of its commitment to go cage-free, and no longer sell eggs from caged birds. I can't trust a company that announces a promise and then disregards it.
