      Be careful using the Superstore online grocery purchase option for delivery. Recently I was over charged for items and the store will not correct unless you go to the store. I do have screenshots of the online order with pricing as well as the receipt with the overcharged items. I have no way to go to the store……I pay for delivery so I DO NOT NEED TO GO TO THE STORE. ***** ******** **** *********** ***** *** ***** *************** ** ** *** ******* ******** ***** ***** ************** **** ** ** *** ******

      Just tried “farmers market” Boston cream donut. Should be dropped immediately before discerning donut lovers sue them. A horrible morsel of synthetic cream, not remotely similar to that delicious cream from which it gets its name, and coated in the cheapest possible “baking” chocolate. This is a new low even for a company where standards don’t seed important

      On Monday December 19th I ordered on line 1 Wireless Digital Microscope Mini Portable Handheld USB Microscope with 50x to 1000x Magnification 8 LED Lights WiFi with Android ****** **** ******* *** for $29.99.
      Item arrived with one small broken item (the clip that hold the unit.) I only requested within few days only to replace that small part, simple resolve, received each time wonderful replies from customer service, they are very sorry yada yada, but NO help to return etc.
      I warned them I would file with BBB and so today I have.
      Very disappointed

      Shoppers Drug mart Customer Service Support
      I am writing with regards to my recent experience with online pc optimum redemption and customer service via telephone.
      I have opened several case numbers (********, ********, ********).
      I experienced a server error on the webpage during their bonus redemption event resulting in:
      being unable to redeem my points
      $6000 in pending purchases on my **** that ended up locking my card and taking 2 weeks to clear. (as I kept refreshing the website due to a server error)
      I did not receive the product I wanted, although I was told it would be honored
      Issues resulting in not being able to do any point redemption that customer service could not resolve until after several calls (10 plus) finally one representative could fix it
      Receiving a different answer every time I called
      Failure to notify me of an issue with my membership
      This has been an extremely frustrating experience and very POOR customer service

      Tried to take advantage of the mego points redemption and my order did not go through (no fault of my own). Shoppers took my earned points and is not replying to my customer service requests.

      On November 2, 2022, I experienced racial profiling when I purchased Chanel body lotion at the Shoppers Drug Mart located in Masonville Mall, London, Ontario. I visited the store to buy Chanel body lotion because there was an in-store Optimum points redemption promotion.
      I entered the store at about 10:05 a.m. The store was quiet. No one else entered the store at the same time or shortly after me. Within seconds, there was an overhead security announcement alerting store staff to all the aisles in the store. Initially, I did not think anything of it.
      I then proceeded to the fragrance section at the back wall of the store. I picked up the body lotion. When I turned around, I was accosted by a store employee who violated my personal space. She asked if I needed help even though she could see that I had the body lotion in my hand. She had a puzzled expression when I told her that I was ready to pay at the check-out located at the front of the store.
      I have made several fragrance and cosmetics purchases at this location over the years. This is the first time in my 15 plus years' experience shopping at this location that I have experienced this **** ** **********.
      I had stopped at the store on my way home after working out at the gym. I was wearing a black Under Armor hooded sweatshirt, black Puma sweatpants, black Ralph Lauren gym socks and grey Sketchers running shoes. * ********** ***** *** **** **** ******* ** **** ********* ****** ** * **** * ***** ********** ******* * ***** **** ******. I am thoroughly disgusted by the behavior of Shoppers Drug Mart staff. This negative customer experience with Shoppers Drug Mart has led me to the decision to boycott all Loblaw group companies.

      There was two price errors. I was delayed over 20 minutes at the self check out with 3 employees trying to figure things out. A fourth employee got involved and would not honour the law of incorrect pricing means items up to $10:00 are now free. They did not remove the wrong tags when I returned 20 minutes later to take pictures. One staff refused to give me the fourth cashier's name, the one who overruled what was agreed upon by the others who were tying to refund the error

      I always rated this Shoppers Drug Mart a 5 as my prescriptions were handled. When I really needed their help with obtaining home care products like saline and a few other dressings they did not stock them. They said it would take 10 feet of shelf space. What??? I guess jam, peanut butter, cereal are too important and more $. I changed my store same day.

      Today thought I was out $45 bought 2 Rogers prepaid cards fellow that served me was making some mistakes putting wrong receipts on cards and I asked about pin numbers he pointed to receipt. Didn't get pin receipt found out when I went to top-up. Phoned and explained all card purchases attributed same purchase code so I gave her code number top of receipt and Shea's able to retrieve and print out pin numbers. Myself or authorised person can go to store and get them for me can't email. I was happy about that in lesser times before cry me a River. $45 is $45 was grateful that detailed system in place. Country club store in Nanaimo those points add up and have bailed me for groceries when bank closed funds low. Clean store

      It seems like a parentless child, no one seems to be responsible. Can not get through the phone lines.
      If you ask for the customer service manager, the rep will hang up on you.
      It happened to me today around 11:10 A.M. when I called shoppers Drug Mart HQ customer service.
