      LendDirect keeping adding interest to an outstanding loan i have despite me informing them of difficulties with paying. I am currently behind on payments and unable to make this and i have received no contact to date to resolve this. I am told to call them which i am not able to do.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have tried to communicate via this method and found this unsuccessful. Just this morning I am having emails with conflicting amounts on it regarding what I owe or if my payments have been posted

      According to our records, one of our Collection Supervisors reached out via email as requested on February 13, 2023 with the breakdown information requested.  Further it would appear that the account is now up to date/in good standing.  Should any additional assistance be required, please feel free to respond to the email that was sent on the 13th.  Best regards.

      I borrowed $3000 *** ********** * **** ***** *** I paying $121 in interest. I borrowed $3000 and I owe almost $230 *** . ****** * *** *** ******  I m-add $146 payment first payment. And now I owe $3087. I borrowed $3000 and i still owe more than I borrow. They are charging interest on top of the $230 extra. ** * *** **** **** * ******** *** ** **** ***** ** **** ** **** Nobody told me that I would be paying $121 In interest and only $25 a month to principal. It will take me 10 years and over $12000 loan to borrow $3000. I spent hours on the phone *** **** **** ******* ** ** **** * ** ** ***** *** **** * *** ***** **** **** ***   * ** ****** ** close my bank and default on the loans and they do don’t make it clear that I would be paying $121 a month in interest and only $25 goes to the loan balance. They wont give me a break down. Help me

      They give loans to ******** people on ******** with a verbal promise to never take payment before ******** funds have been released, according to my experience and others they wait about 6 months of good payments then will take an early payment knowing after your bank hits you with an NSF charge and then they to charge you an NSF charge that you will not be able to make your payment at all. They admitted to making the mistake but would not honor the end by removing the NSF charges and in fine print, it states they won't no matter what *** ****** *** *****. * **** **** *** **** ******** *** ****** ***** *** lend me over 2K with a 24-month payment plan that they broke the agreement to and cause me to be unable to continue payments, they made more damage to my credit report ** *** **** *** than the $2,600.00 they **** I owe. ** * ****** *********** **** ** ********** *** ***** * ****** *** ******* ** *** ****** ** ** **** ** **** ********* **** **** * ******* *** * ****** **** ********
