      This company takes a huge chunk for service fees and only $25 goes on your loan. I had a cheque sent by express mail to pay off my line of credit and it’s gonna take a month for them to apply to the account.I am accumulating more interest because it takes them 3 to 4 weeks to process a bank draft or a cheque . * ***** **** ******* ******* ** *** * **** **** * **** ***** ***** **** **** **** ** ******* *******

      **** ***** ** * **** *** ****** ** **** **** *** ******* ** *** ***** I got a 6,000 like of credit. During the middle of my repayments they sent a letter increasing my rate! Which I never signed a contract for! How can a place sign a contract and then raise the rates whenever they want? Then when I got my payment *** enough down. They changed my payment amount, again without even contacting me. Making my payments so small it all went to interest and the amount I actually owed was increasing every month! I paid Lend Direct off as fast as I could. I will never use their services again. ***** ** *** **** *** ***** ***

      That is such a generic AI written response. You increased my rates even though I never missed a payment. Almost charging 49%! I see no response that when I got my loan paid down enough, you changed my monthly payments. That they were so small without my knowledge that I was only paying interest and no principal on the actual amount. Actually increasing what I owe every month! For months before I found out! Absolutely atrocious to do that to people trying to keep them paying you back for as long as they can. ** *** ****** ***** **** **** ********

      The service is convenient. The interest are high. I whish they had options where your interest go down after a certain amount of time using the service. And also you should be offered promotional services and line of credit increases. Overall I don't have complaints about this company.

      Had a loan that was to be paid the last day of every month..on May 30th ** *** ****** **** *** wasn't able to make the payment on the 31st...someone calls me everyday from 4 different numbers wanting their money even after calling them and letting them know I couldn't do anything until June 30th...** **** * *** ** ******** * ***** * *** ******** ** ************ **** ** ***** * ****** ** *** **** **** **** *************** * ******** ********* *********

      ********** ************** *** * ***** ** **** *** ****** The first few months were fine I was only paying a small amount and most of that was going towards my loan payment. Months later I am paying 200 per month where $40 of that is going toward my loan and the rest is going to them. ****** ******* ** *** ****** ** ******** Aside from that I called to defer my payment for Christmas and the payment came out anyway. After calling them about it I was told * *** ***** and they will not send the payment back that was already agreed to be deferred. After speaking to one person my phone I lost service and I got cut off. When I recalled them the worker complain to me about hanging up on them *** *** * **** **** *** ****** **** saying that there’s absolutely nothing we can do and reminding me that I’m the one that “hung up” ********** ************** and all they do is raise your price over months until your paying them over 50 % of your principal loan
