    Key Auto ran a credit check on my credit file without my consent. I've never even heard of Key Auto until their ********** credit check appeared on my ******* out of the blue. Wasn't even shopping for a car!!!!!

    Sold me a car with an existing exhaust leak and wheel barring issue. *** * ***** ****** *** didn’t have prior knowledge of cars to be able to pick up on that kind of stuff. ***** ** **** ** **** ********* **** *****

    **** *** **** ****** They sell **** **** **** broken engines!! ** **** bought a car from here 8 weeks ago, within the first 2 days we notice it was burning through oil incredibly fast. We took the car to Key Auto's mechanics ** ***** ***** **** ******* twice within the first couple weeks, they did a diagnostics, realized the piston rings were worn out. Key Auto was informed. They tried to pass it off to our warranty when it was clearly a prior condition. Warranty not only refused to fix it, they voided our warranty because Key Auto left out the fact that ** **** worked for a delivery company. Now, Key Auto is refusing to fix the engine and provide us a loaner and we are now paying for a warranty that we are not receiving ******* ** ***** ************ ***** *** *** ******** *** ***** ****** *** * ***** **** **** *********** ** *** *** ** **** ****** *** **** **** *** ***** ***** *** *** ***** **** **********

    They are the absolute worst !! Sold me a car with engine issues and they refused to fix it !! The Manager goes by "dom" and it's not even his real name !! He refuses to communicate with me and get the problem fixed !! More problems are coming each day with my car and its to the point I won't be able to drive it much longer!!!

    Things started out great. Emil seemed very pleasant and helpful. I was approved with a cosigner. Emil's manager Saroosh came on the phone to close the deal and everything went downhill from there. Their so called nation wide inventory could only offer me one vehicle 3x the price I was looking to spend. Saroosh said he could get me a vehicle for under 10k but wouldn't. I was approved for 16k Kia that I didn't want. He acted like he was doing me a favor by trying to bully me into spending more than double what I could afford. * **** * **** *** ** ***** *** * ***** ******* **** *** ****** ** **** *** *** ** I cannot afford what they tried to push on me. They also ran credit checks on me and my sister without getting verbal or written consent. After declining the vehicle they offered me I asked if they could find something else. * *** ******* ** ***** ********** **** ****** * ***** ***** ** *** ** **** * **** **** ** ******* **** ****** ***** They think can take advantage of people with no credit and dump any car they feel onto them. My cosigner has great credit. ** *** **** ** **** *** ****** ** **** ******* *** *** * **** *** ***** ****** **** ***** ************** ***** ****** *** ***** **** **** ***** ******* ****** *** *** ** *** *** **** ** **** **** ** ********* It really doesn't make sense. Why would someone without credit want an expensive vehicle. I just need something basic for work. Nothing fancy and they could not provide that.

    While we strive to satisfy all customers wants and needs, when it comes to automotive finance loans we are at the mercy of the clients credit and the lenders parameters. Unless the client is paying cash for the vehicle we need to find options that fit within the approving lenders matrix and interest rate they dictate. The used car market has experienced one of the largest price increases in over a decade, so pricing is not what it once was - and we don't like it either. While we do not agree with the 1 star review, the feedback has been passed along to the team so we can best communicate with our clients.
