      I ordered some items to be shipped to a pick-up location and most of my items arrived but the items that didn’t show up, just kept saying on its way and they didn’t tell me they “oversold” me the item and there was no item “on its way” and so I called they gave my money back and I reordered the items over the phone and then they “oversold” me the items AGAIN in the same week. Whilst on the phone they told me I could have the items shipped to my home address if “you order more item” like seriously? You are telling me I can only receive my items if I pay more to receive the items I’ve already paid for and paid the shipping??? It’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have my items. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service getting told different things by many different employees and half of them don’t even know what they are doing. The website says the items are in stock and they tell me they aren’t, so why can I order them online but you say I can’t.

      I ordered 1 too many ***** shelves. I placed an order to have the item picked up for a fee of $59. I was provided a date, window of time between 9am-7pm. Was told that I would be contacted before delivery to coordinate pickup. By 6:30pm I hadn't heard anything so called customer service. The CS person I spoke with said that it was "blocked" but could not tell me what that meant. Made no sense since the payment went through. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Denied. She offered to reschedule the pick up for another date which she did. To note, I also sent a direct message through the ******** messenger page. They apologized, said there was a technical issue, tat they were looking into it. They asked that I notify them once the item was picked up and I would be provided compensation. Yesterday was the date the item was supposed to be picked up. Again, by 5:30pm I had not heard nothing. I was getting concerned. I began a chat through the website. The person in the chat said the delivery was not happening, offered to reschedule again on DECEMBER 17! No explanation was provided. I expressed my displeasure, demanded to speak with a supervisor, was denied. I asked for the supervisors name, denied. The person on the ** chat said they could not help me as I was chatting on the website. I was furious. I asked for some sort of compensation, refund of the items and my delivery, something. I had spent over $1000 with this order, have been a customer for several years. I was disgusted by the lack of motivation to provide a reasonable explanation, some sort of compensation or just basic decent customer service. The only solution they could offer was cancelling the pick up service and refunding the fee or rescheduling. I was not interested in rescheduling as I was no longer confident in the integrity of this service. I have yet to see whether the refund of the pick up service was actually processed. Shame on you IKEA. You have lost a loyal customer.

      IKEA Burlington is awful, the staff do not provide the right information and no manager is on duty hafll the time. Online support is no help either they just that the store makes the decisions. They do not honor the 10 year offered warranty on mattresses. No formal process absolute worst customer experience i have had with a big box store.

      0 customer service experience cashier introduced himself as a manager and refused to let me communicate with his supervisor due to the inappropriate behaviour I received from him while completing my purchase at the sweets corner. He wasn’t at the cashier place and I looked for him many times. He processed the purchase in a way of disrespect that myself and my family do not accept. At that point I asked him to call a supervisor to communicate our concerns. He refused and while he went to call another co-worker he came very close entering my own space and he didn’t respect the social distancing. ** **** ******** **** ** ***** **** ** ** *** ** ******** **** *** **** **** ** ***** ** ** * ******* ***** ********* * ***** ******* ** ****** **** ********** **** * *** ******* **** *****
