  I recently hired Davies General Contracting to renovate my kitchen/dining room to make it into a modern open concept space. This consisted of removing a wall, new hardwood flooring, popcorn ceiling removal, new electrical pot lights, drywalling, trim and paint.
  Every member of ****'s team was friendly, respectful and hardworking, especially *****. **** coordinated well with **** at New Start Kitchens for having cabinets and countertops installed.
  There were no unexpected costs or project delays and **** was readily accessible to answer my questions and concerns along the way. I really appreciated the cleaning service and having my ducts cleaned after the work was completed.
  I highly recommend Davies GC to anyone looking to do a renovation and I will absolutely hire Davies GC for any future renovations I may do. Thanks ****!

  Professional, dependable, honest, hard working and trustworthy are the top 5 qualities we can say about DGC for our condo renovation.
  From our initial meeting to the final completion of the project Mark and team were on top of everything. Communication was always happening about days of work, next steps and he was always prompt with responses.
  The quality of work done by his team is A+. He's sourced nothing but the best trades to work with him. He takes ownership of the project and ensures it's done right.
  Looking forward to working with DGC on a future project, don't think twice about hiring Mark and team, it's well worth it!

  Mark D. of Davis General Contracting Inc and his team of experts were an absolute pleasure to work with.
  We contacted him in January with the hopes of renovating our main floor living/ dining room and kitchen - including stairs and floors to the upstairs bedrooms.
  Mark replied to my request within hours and set up an appointment to come meet with us.
  From our initial meeting to planning our project Mark shared ideas, strategies and pricing in a timely manner.
  Mark provided us with many options and choices when looking at products. ie flooring / kitchen cabinets and has an eye for details on the little things. He was able to capture our vision and make it happen.
  His communication skills, workmanship and professionalism is second to none.
  He takes great pride in his company and team and it shows in his work. All of the trades shared their appreciation for his work ethic.
  He is capable of pivoting when asking for add ons, flexible when scheduling and organizing appointments around his clients.
  We were very impressed with the amount of protection that was in place - ensuring there was no damage to existing and new parts of our home.
  His team was on time/schedule as predicted from start to finish.
  He sent us weekly, sometimes daily updates including photos of jobs in progress as well as ones completed.
  Our home was turn key ready to move back in within the time frame provided and we could not be happier with the end results.
  We highly recommend the Davis GC team to family and friends and anyone who crosses our path.

  OUR NEW HOME HAS BEEN MOVED FROM BLAND TO GRAND!
  This was our 3rd time working with Mark. First was a Master Bathroom, 2nd a full main floor renovation of an original 1963 built home and this time we did a full renovation of a 1975 built unit in a condo complex. We picked Mark to do this project and he is very approachable, responsive and he has a definite eye for detail as do his sub contractors. This project included removing walls, relocating services (bell line), full kitchen reno, popcorn ceiling remediation; master bathroom, new ceramics, new flooring, paint and lighting. Renovating a condominium has a lot of moving parts. Mark was able to work within the guidelines, policies and procedure for the condo corporation, successfully scheduled the movement of construction material and tools in and out the building on a timely basis. This project has been completed on time and on budget.

  I recently completed the full renovation of my ensuite and powder room. Mark and his team were great to work with. I especially appreciated that Mark would not let a new tradesperson come to my door without being there to make that introduction. Mark was a great communicator and ensured that I knew what work was happening on every day throughout the project. If we ran into a snag or two, he would come up with a solution or explanation. His team of professionals were great to work with and did an excellent job on both bathrooms. The bathrooms are beautiful and bright and I especially enjoy my new ensuite!! I highly recommend Davies General Contracting and hope to use them for my next projects.

  We are absolutely blown away by the work Mark and his team at DaviesGC has done for us. Our main floor project kicked off in Feb 2024 which consisted of a full demo, new flooring, new electrical, pot lights, popcorn ceiling removal, backsplash, a custom range hood, paint, trim, stairs, and the list goes on.
  From day 1, Mark presented himself very professionally, was honest, and was a genuine pleasure to work with.
  Mark provided detailed weekly updates as to the current phase of the project and what trades will be in next. We always felt informed and involved, which made the entire renovation experience smooth and stress-free. If any issue, concern, or question popped up - Mark never said “No”, but instead, aways came back with a reasonable solution to get the job done.
  The quality of workmanship demonstrated by Marks team surpassed our expectations. Their attention to detail and dedication to perfection were evident in every aspect of the project. Their team was courteous, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They showed up on time, kept the work area tidy, and went above and beyond to minimize disruptions to our daily routine as we both work from home. Huge shoutout to Andy and Tyler!!
  If you are looking for a general contractor who has a strong and skillful group he works with - DaviesGC is the answer. I would not hesitate to call him again (we will be in the future for our next project).

  Mark and his team completed our bathroom remodel a month ago. I wanted to live with it for awhile before writing a review. We are extremely happy with the work done by this team of professionals. Mark worked with us to supply our wants. We were given daily updates. I would definitely recommend Davies General Contracting and hope to use their services again.

  We can’t recommend Mark and his crew highly enough. We worked with them along with our kitchen designer to completely renovate our kitchen and our main floor powder room, and are thrilled with the end result. Mark was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and realistic with us about timelines. We had no unexpected costs or project delays and did not have any trouble ever reaching Mark. His crew had great recommendations when it came to choosing finishes and managed every step of the project in a thoroughly professional manner. We will absolutely enlist Davies General Contracting for any future renovations we may do - they were fantastic.

  Davies GC was a lifesaver during our major home renovation. We bought a new home in Burlington and had a bit of a time crunch to get it fully renovated from top to bottom and move in. Not only did Mark and his team deliver beautiful results, but they were on time, and this included working over the Christmas holidays! Their workmanship is outstanding, they were punctual, and they always kept us in the loop throughout the project. We're absolutely thrilled with our renovated home and would absolutely hire Mark and the team at Davies GC again for our next project!"

  We are thrilled with our recent bathroom renovation completed by Mark and the team from Davies General Contracting. Our large upstairs bathroom needed a full gut job to build it back to a beautiful and functional room. The project ran on schedule and very smoothly. Marks excellent communication ensured that we knew what was happening every step of the way. His team are very skilled at their work which resulted in a beautiful finished product. The quality and workmanship is excellent and we will enjoy the room for years to come. Everyone on the team was very professional and respectful and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Mark and will use him and his team for any of our future projects !
