  Mark D. renovated our 3 bedroom ranch, taking it from it's dated 1970s decor to something much more modern, sleek and comfortable. From the thorough and detailed quote to the kitchen plans, design boards and work schedule, Mark and team were professional, on budget and showed meticulous attention to detail. Our project remained within the agreed budget, only deviating when we asked for extras half-way through (if we're renovating, we might as well run a powerline to the garage for our future electric car.) The design process with Erica G. delivered the look we desired and her sourcing of tiles/vanities/countertops and hardware saved hours of running around (we never once had to visit a home depot.) We were told by friends and family in the business how stressful the home renovation process was but working with Mark and team was easy, painless and we are now in a beautiful space that we love!

  I highly recommend Davies General Contracting! My partner and I were eager to get our bathroom extended and redone, but we were also nervous about finding the right general contractor for this job. Overall, Mark was very responsive, professional, accountable, and clearly organized. The scope of work and quote was provided promptly after our first meeting, and it was comprehensive! We were quite impressed. This was very different than our experiences with other contractors during this time. Mark’s team is lovely. Everyone was friendly, respectful, punctual, and considerate of our space/home/dogs. Erica J. (designer) really elevated the aesthetic of our vision for the reno, and we feel indebted to her! Tyler and Andy spent several hours on our bathroom and their work was excellent, tidy, and they’re both clearly proud of the work they do. The quality is also exceptional, and it came under budget. Mark was quick to address any questions or concerns we had along the way. He works quite collaboratively with his clients, and the job he does is extremely thorough: designer, cleaners, bin pick-up/removal, duct cleaning, and more! We absolutely LOVE our bathroom which turned into a luxurious masterpiece! Now Davies General Contracting needs to do our kitchen ??. We’ll be in touch!

Most importantly the work was completed with high-quality workmanship. I really appreciated the daily updates on progress to give me comfort schedule was being met.   Condo renovation.
  Mark and his crew worked a complete renovation of my two bedroom, two bathroom condominium unit. The work and trades were all handled professionally, efficiently and on budget.   Happy we chose Mark!
  I dont think a day goes by when we dont say We love our condo. Right from the get-go we were pleased with how Mark dealt with coming and quoting our job. Throughout our renovation he coordinated and took care of everything involved in our condo renovation. Elevators, concierge, trades, deliveries etc. Mark was always quick to respond to text messages and emails, which when you are renovating is super important!! Marks trades were professional, respectful and most importantly, did great work. Even when reno was technically complete there were a few things that needed to be finished and Mark never dropped the ball to get them done.
